The staff were very friendly and informative on the animals and what was happening there is a new enclosure for parrots being built inside and the animals are well looked after enjoy watching the meerkats will be back soon.

Great place to visit, cool wee zoo, lots of cute animals and birds to see. Great walk in the wooded nature trail, fabulous horseshoe shaped waterfall, will definitely be back again.

Great visitor centre with small zoo the entrance fee is nominal. The playpark is child friendly for all ages. Picnic and bbq spaces available nearby and really good walking paths for all ages.

Great for the little ones, not much there for bigger kids, park is great since being refurbished. The zoo is rubbish tbh.

This is simply a fabulous wee few hours out at an unbelievably cheao entrance fee (£1.45) Go, you will not be disappointed and adults as well as kids will love it...

Hi, You don't have to pay to get in to the country park and adventure play area, however you do have to pay if you would like to go into the zoo and botanic greenhouse area. It's around £1.50-ish per person to get in to... More
