Great activities but looking beyond tired now

Needs a complete refit or bulldozing. Great location, lots to do. Probably will all be refurbished when the town centre is complete. Still good fun to be had but it's run down and... read more

This place opened in 1987 and believe it or not was Britain's first Olympic sized ice rink. In 1987 Margaret Thatcher was starting her last term in office, Terry Waite was kidnapped, The Herald of Free Enterprise ferry sank and Everton were League champions. Roll the clock forward 29 years and it looks like the John Nike Leisuresport complex has... More

I visited Bracknell ski slope this weekend after booking a private lesson. I wish I had read these reviews before visiting. I was instructed to arrive 30mins before my lesson to ensure that I could be fitted with skis and had a full hour lesson. I was told that my instructor would be Noah, after waiting over half an hour... More

Having book in the week for a Sunday, I receive a call 9.15am Sunday morning the instructors not well, ok it happens - can I have refund - not now?? I haven't got the machine or the paperwork to do it, can I call you back…. Having read the reviews I think this may have been a close escape! We... More

I am an experienced snowboarder, but due to the poor upkeep of the slope and condition of the rented equipment, I found it very difficult to control the board etc. There is little to no bristles left on the bottom of the bunny slope, which makes it very difficult to ride on, not a good place to start to learn... Needs a complete refit or bulldozing. Great location, lots to do. Probably will all be refurbished when the town centre is complete. Still good fun to be had but it's run down and grubby. Was good, not a bit sad, sure it will be great again.

Wow, what great fun! No snow at Christmas time, who cares. Why not try the next best thing and slide down the dry ski slope in a snow tube. Really good fun for kids and adults. We will definitely be going back soon.

Customer service is definitely not something these rogues practice. Had my sons snowboard lesson cancelled twice, the first time he was booked for a private lesson, tried to move this to a group lesson after it was cancelled due to our availability as was told that I would not get all of the money back, naturally after phoning for four... Today has been the second time this year I went to enquire about the skating facilities / courses as I live nearby. Once again, the staff on the reception was not interested in getting another customer in to their facilities. After enquiring about the opening times for the general public I was told the timetable was on their website and... More

We booked for our children to go snow tubing here for a Birthday treat. We were greeted and shown where to go. The snow tubing lasted an hour and was ok for the price paid. The ski centre itself looks very run down, things are not working and are dirty. The snow tubing itself seems suitable up to the age... More
