We went to the ski slope for our first lesson tonight. The instructor chris was incredibly informative, i had been skiing once before about 5 years ago and learnt the basics but incredibly rusty he evaluated both of us and tailored the tutoring to each of us. The slope looks as if it has seen better days but the lesson... More

Had my sons 10th birthday party sno tubing, if any of the staff had smiled while we were there think i would have had a heart attack. staff didn't ask or care who birthday boy was, didn't want to talk to me, on two occasions left the children unattended for over 10 mins. I wote a email listing all my... More

Group ski lesson and then 1 hour snow tubing. Staff friendly and patient with group of novice skiers. Followed by snow tubing which kids really enjoyed - all supervised by staff to prevent any accidents. So the infrastructure is a little tired - out in the winter sun doesn't detract from the experience.

This place opened in 1987 and believe it or not was Britain's first Olympic sized ice rink. In 1987 Margaret Thatcher was starting her last term in office, Terry Waite was kidnapped, The Herald of Free Enterprise ferry sank and Everton were League champions. Roll the clock forward 29 years and it looks like the John Nike Leisuresport complex has... More

I visited Bracknell ski slope this weekend after booking a private lesson. I wish I had read these reviews before visiting. I was instructed to arrive 30mins before my lesson to ensure that I could be fitted with skis and had a full hour lesson. I was told that my instructor would be Noah, after waiting over half an hour... More

I am an experienced snowboarder, but due to the poor upkeep of the slope and condition of the rented equipment, I found it very difficult to control the board etc. There is little to no bristles left on the bottom of the bunny slope, which makes it very difficult to ride on, not a good place to start to learn...
