Small sandy beach in attractive small bay

Stayed locally at the Corinthia, We had the silly notion this was a sophisticated destination. How wrong we were. You love it or hate it. My opinion is the latter! It's a building site!

We stayed near St George's Bay and passed through it a lot. The beach is apparently man-made but none the worse for that on an island of rocky shores. The are several eateries and bars next to the beach area but many more in nearby Paceville.

The place is usually crowded and surrounded by many travelers. Lot of restaurants and bar. Can be visited anytime in a day. But do visit for sure.

St. George's bay is a lovely small bay surrounded by a casino to the one side and hotels to the other. A very small sandy beach which I imagine to be popular in the peak season. The town during the day is busy and a number of shops to browse however come sunset & the ladies of the night hit... More

Been here many times and the gentle shelving beach is ideal for young and old equally... Inexpensive food available just yards away

If you are in Malta for the nightlife the Paceville, St Georges and Sliema area is where you want to be. Beautiful views over St Georges bay and a beach where one can chill during the day just to carry on partying through the night in one of the many restaurants!

Just walk there and breath... You'll seldom find a bay so open, calm and beautiful. Walked there for one hour from my hotel and enjoyed beautiful sights and good vibes.
