Many people will say "amazing" , "breathtaking" etc. Probably most of them live inland. Nice view and overpriced restaurants. That sums it up. The other thing which amazes me is the fact that people swim in this "bay" as well as in the other bays....More

This picturesque quaint little bay in St Julian's is dotted with original and modern build architecture, cafes, bars, restaurants and the colourful Maltese fishing boats. A must each visit for relaxing/chilling out :-)

This is a beautiful bay with long flat surfaces to have a nice walk or jog, however there is some construction in the area. It can get quite busy because there is a lot of things going on in the area.

A mere stones throw from our hotel, plenty of options for dining out or having a drink. Sitting out and watching the world go by on a warm evening is also another option.

We walked her of 3 separate nights. Has a nice vibe tho can get a bit busy. Lots of restaurants but careful when walking as their pavements are deadly

This area is packed with great restaurants with fabulous sea views and is very atmospheric. There was no need to book in any of the restaurants we visited and the food was first class on all occasions.

You can just watch the bay which is very beautiful, see the historical houses, boats. You can also swim there. There are many good restaurants. You can eat as well

Balluta Bay is also OK for swimming and snorkelling. Somewhere arount St. Julian's Hotel there's a centre where you can rent the equipment. Look for the pool where the polo team trains, is right in the front of St. Julian's... More
