A gorgeous area to wander on an evening. Pretty with an atmosphere of merry-making. Jam packed with tourists and locals alike after the sun went down on a Saturday night, catching the bus back to Bugibba required a bit of a wait, but so worth the trip out.

Spinola Bay is a small fishing harbour next to a busy road but once you step into it, all the noise seems to fade away. I come here quite often, usually, I buy a coffee from one of the nearby coffee places and just sit here and watch these small Maltese fishing boats called Luzzu rocking in the wind. Spinola Bay is also surrounded by a good selection of restaurants. You can find around the bay Maltese, Greek, Cuban, Australian and Italian cuisines just to name a few. Bookings to these restaurants are recommended since they are very popular amongst tourists and people living on the island.

I loved walked around Spinola Bay. It's a pretty area with a nice promenade, cafés and shoppes, and plenty of people. We liked walking here in the early evenings when the cafés were open and people were outside enjoying the sunset.

Lovely walk around this bay that is dotted with good quality restaurants. Some locals and tourists were swimming at lunchtime. Water is crystal clear. Rocky in parts so jellies are a good idea!

My wife and I stayed in St Julians for 4 nights, and were located just off Spinola Bay. The area is very pretty, with lots going on. Plenty of restaurants to cater for any requirement, and a nice promenade to stroll along whether in the daytime or evening.

To rate an entire location is something that I woukd find difficult to put into words. However, Spinola Bay serves a welcome along the lines of Mediterranean meets British harbour. The mix of old and new, abundant collection of restaurants and cafes, and the multicultural assortment of both visitors, workers and locals alike is enchanting. All built in a fishing village atmosphere. Not to be overlooked when visiting Malta.

We visited Spinola Bay several times during our recent trip to Malta. Busy both during the day and in the evening. Very pretty bay with lots of little boats, bars and restaurants. Lovely for a stroll at any time of day.

Well. This is a must to see and free and a good spot for the day time break or a nice walk at evening.
Lots of cafes and resturants next to it as Costa, McCafe and few others.
Few benches to sit and relax.
Just a nice place! Dont miss it!

Cool picturesque spot in St Julian, a less chaotic alternative to the St Paul's bay in centre of paceville, but surely not a quiet place. Beautiful a night with all the lights from the street and restaurants all around. Lots of dining options and accommodations. If you are not staying here, definitely deserves a walk in the evening.
