We loved the place and its numerous bars offering great cocktails. Don't miss the Native Bar's nibbles!!

It's pretty much the clubbing/bar/pub area on the Island....very busy...pushy, shovey, sicky pavements, intimidating, but if that's what you want to go to Malta for, then that's your place.

Bars that than 60 shots for 20Euro not really my thing anymore but it was ok for a short walk about and a beer. There are some busy restaurants in this areas suitable for families but be home by 10pm especially at the weekend unless you are 16-30

Not a good holiday destination; lots of building works; tacky mall with "adult" venues and cheap looking restaurants. A small strip of coarse beach.

Some very exklusive hotells blended with some "tacky" bars serving shots for already drunk youngsters. The voices on the street can be quite loud at night so check your hotell carefully! There are some very nice restaurants and convenience stores as well.

We walked around the main 'strip' of Paceville bars and clubs both day and night and weren't really impressed. Lots of building work going on making it feel gritty, lots of strip clubs and not very classy looking bars. There were one or two that looked ok maybe for a drink during the day if you were passing through -... More

This was not my kinda place but suited to younger people that love nightclubs ect I really enjoyed the shopping centre, great stores. Outside of that is a really strong smell of Stale beer and not very a clean area in the day.

Probably one of the worst holiday vicinities we have ever stayed in. Strip clubs, pole dancing clubs, not terribly good eating places, dirt roads, loads of construction going on..... of course if MacDonalds, billboards, strip joints etc, crappy, noisy bars are your bag, you'll feel right at home.

I honestly advise those with young children or wanting a peaceful holiday to avoid Paceville! It`s swamped with all night loud discos. My sister and I had no sleep at night with the music blaring from nearby discos.Plus at 4 am 5am or even later we had to listen to the younger revellers leaving the clubs! My 19yr daughter obviously loves... More

Until the 1990s this area beside St Julians was really for teenagers to simply enjoy the discos on a weekend. There were bars, clubs, karaoke bars, fast food restaurants and the discos.Today the area is more sleazy on a Friday and Saturday night 10pm-4am for the 18-30 crowd, though some are noticeably younger. There are lap dancing clubs,Gentlemens' Clubs and Strip Clubs. The area is packed and...
