Gozo and Comino Islands: including Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon & caves

316 reviews
Get away from the main island of Malta in search of sea and sunshine on this tour from Bugibba. Visit the Crystal Lagoon (if traveling in June-October), followed by the Blue Lagoon on Comino for swimming and snorkeling. From here, continue to Gozo Island, where you have the choice of enjoying free time at your leisure or taking a tour of the island's historic sites before cruising back to Bugibba via the Santa Maria pirate caves.

This is a very strange casino. Walked in one day to see what they offered and the ladies on the reception couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me what was inside I.e. what tables which I found odd and they instead asked me to go to their website. Returned on another day to go and gamble and their security stopped us and asked for flight info of when we arrived before we registered and went in. They have smoking rooms for slots and tables but the main action was in the main hall where smoking isn’t allowed. The good news is I left in profit after a good run on the black jack tables but despite that I won’t be back

Beautiful building , but just that! Very old slot machines and few tables. If you want to play then this is not the place! I must admit though the chandeliers are beautiful;)

Locals recommended this casino..saying it’s one of the best...well it’s not. When I got there with my friends, already at the door the staff was incredibly rode, and not helpful at all. They didn’t even say hello, but just literally shouted (with their poor English) “DOCUMENTS”..that was welcoming us, people who were about to leave money there. After the long registration, we walked in. Had a walk around inside but immediately left. Inside the casino there are some machines, a bar and only a couple of tables where u can play. Other then that it had a bad atmosphere..bright lightings..almost no music..staff smoking outside at the entrance(not professional at all) such a poor place. Waste of time.

I visited the Dragonara after visiting three other casinos in Malta over the space of a week and I have to say that it is the most beautiful of all four. However, the staff were quite rude and ignorant (apart from the lady on reception) and it was impossible to get a drink. I had heard it is nice to have a drink on the terrace during a break in gambling but unfortunately I never got the opportunity. Decided to leave and return to one of the other friendlier casinos, which is a shame as I really wanted to like the Dragonara. I'm not sure what they could do to get me to return.

I am not a fan of casinos. Being in Saint Julian I visited Dragonara Casino out of curiosity. Pleasant surroundings.
