I have been at the center three times
I wanted to try because friends of mine suggested me to go. With doubt, I wanted to try even if disappointed from other Maltese centers. With surprise I was very satisfied, especially because the ache in my back has gone.
I recommend it to everyone and will be back again. The masseuses are 3 and are very polite, friendly and able to put you at ease. I have had the opportunity to try their hands and all three are very brave and capable.
I recommend it to all

This is a clean and tidy place of Thai massage and spa located in the middle of Saint Julien's near portomaso (the tallest building in Malta). I had a back pain due to a long-hour computer work. I took an hour Thai traditional massage with a well-professional person (Khun Nat). The cost is 40 Euros. My pain has now gone. I would strongly recommend this place to the tripadvisor.

Having made an appointment for 13:00hrs I arrived 5 minutes later and was greeted by a friendly welcome. I was then asked to pay the 25 euros upfront for a 60min pedicure which was a first for me. I was then attended by an Italian woman who was very friendly and chatty.
After the pedicure and a foot massage the time was up and I proceeded to put on my shoes. I checked the time on my phone and saw it was only 13:50. I then mentioned that I booked for one hour and got the response that I didn't have much hard skin that's why it didn't last that long. I can understand now why they wanted me to pay upfront. I ended up having to smooth some of the nails back at the hotel and discovered that my big toe was bleeding. If I pay for an hour I expect an hour. I definitely won't be returning.

I have now visited here 3 times due to it's friendly, clean and welcoming atmosphere.
I asked for a traditional Thai Massgae but not too hard, and the last time I asked for even softer as was suffering with a bad neck which was pretty much gone by the time i left. I was greeted by a charming young lady called Nop who talked me through the different types of massage and what would best suit me, and she was correct in what she said and helped my neck to heal much sooner than i thought. Very friendly staff and I will be visiting again soon, highly recommended. Thanks again all at Siam Wellness Centre.

I have had back pain for over twenty years and have had a lot of massages of all styles throughout those years. I have had several massages with Nok and she is extremely competent, both in ascertaining your pain and trouble areas and what is needed to remedy them. The pressure she exerts on specific points is always spot on. I always come out completely rejuvenated, with all my tension and muscle knots gone.

My fiance and I had planned to get a full body massage after completing our Open Water SCUBA course and looked at several places around where we were staying in Xemxija but they were open at times when we weren't available.

We went for lunch in St Julian's and I looked up some massage places and Siam Wellness Centre had the best reviews so we booked in.

We were impressed by the welcome we got and the place is immaculately clean and professionally presented. They fit us both in at the same time and we had a double room, which was great.

The masseurs were great and very therapeutic in their approach. We both had a Thai Massage with oil for one hour and it was just what we needed and we felt great afterwards.

We paid €38 each and left a tip as the whole experience exceeded our expectations and the massage was great, not too light and it really worked out some knots!

I would highly recommend this massage centre and we are definitely going when we return to Malta next year.

Namaste!

You may ask yourself this...

How does a grown fella who is genuinely looking for a good massage find a place where it is not sleazy and do not get the awkward feeling that you think people are perceiving you as though you are looking for something extra than a massage! For me, I always had a history of back pains when I was a teenager and use to have a weekly masseuse visit me. Plus the fact I work in an office environment where Im sitting in front of a computer all day means my neck and shoulder muscles always needs some work done on them.

The only other places I would have had a massage was when I was with my wife in exclusive islands such as Maldives & Malaysia. Therefore yes it did felt rather weird for me to just go out and pop into one while being in Malta. There are so many oriental massage centres in St Julian that I went with this one because of people actually revieweing it here in tripadvisor (so it felt safer).

I was also taken a back by the price which at $38 for a 1 hour traditional Thai massage was half the cost that would have been required in my hotel and certainly cheaper that in UK for example. So I decided to pay this centre a visit without appointment to try my luck and thankfully they were able to acommodate me.

Well this place from the moment you walk in feels very inviting and professional. Yes of course it's not next to a lovely scenic beach on a paradise island but you are made to feel welcome here. I was taken into a room for the massage which lasted approx 50-55mins (so wasn't really cheated out of time compared to other places).

I was asked whether I wished for a mild or strong massage at which I went for the strong (usually most effective for me) and the therapist did exactly that! It was a good massage with a lot of critical points being popped/released. Maybe a couple moments where I was a little nervous because she was quite strong and it felt like I was locked in a wrestling hold being made to tap out. The therapist though was courteous and made sure she checked on whether I was still okay.

In the end at $38 + tip, I left the place feeling very soft, mushy and relaxed so yes definitely a safe and recommended place.

TIP: Reason I was accomodated without appointment was because I turned up around 5pm (later in the day) so I'm not sure how busy this place is but if you're just doing a walk in, try come a little later maybe? It did appear that while I was in the waiting room that the phones were ringing and sounded like they were taking appointments.

I am a male, 35 in Malta attending a wedding and in desperate need of getting my nails tidied up. I tried the nail bar in the Hilton where I was staying, however, when I asked for an appointment, I was looked at like I was a zombie. Now I though it today's world, it was common for men to have their nails done. I live in London and regularly visit nail bars.

I searched online and found Siam Wellness was nearby, so I booked an appointment to get my hands and feet done.

On arrival I was greeted by Timmy, the beautician at Siam. She welcomed me and got started straight away. An hour or so later, I had very tidy and healthy looking nails. I've got to add, Timmy's attention to detail is second to none, I've not experienced a better quality output in all the years I have been having my nails done in London and at the fraction of the price.

Highly recommended.
