St Peter's is so very old and yet it is in beautiful condition in lovely surroundings. The church is in regular use for services and the cafe is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and volunteers make this a superb visitor attraction for the whole family.

I visited for lunch, lovely homely food and very cheap. Set in lovely surroundings we ate in the conservatory. All food is homemade the Stilton soup with warm buttered bread is particularly delicious
