Dogsledding is by far "the activity" you should try if visiting Northern Norway, and Holmen Husky is the right provider! Enjoyed it so much, loveble huskies and very friendly and knowledgeble guides. Bravo!

Booked this through our cruise operator. Had a 30 min ride on a wooden sled covered in a reindeer skin. An exciting ride but the track was bumpy so if you suffer from a back problem you may want to think twice before undertaking this...More

We had a 20 minute run with 8 dogs and a driver - absolutely brilliant. It really raises your spirits! Combine it staying here in a Sami tent - even better!!

Stayed overnight in a Lavvo, had a ride in a dog sleigh in very sub-zero weather. The team here is excellent, they will provide you with suitable clothes, hats, gloves and boots (you'll need them). The ride is exciting not for anyone with back problems!...More
