Very educational place for kids. Always something new for adults, too! Outside areas, planetarium, lab, many exhibitions and more... To get the full value for the rather pricey tickets, spend several hours. But actually you'll find lots to do for even whole the day. You can re-enter during the day with your ticket so you may find a nice lunch/coffee... More

This was a family visit with a six-year-old. Plenty to see and do in this museum. There was an exhibition about "risks" which really interested our kid. Reserve at least four hours. Good restaurant and museum shop.

Fun place to visit if you travel with science-interested kids. Lot of things to do, lot of thing to discover. Good activity for a good 3-4 hours. Free parking.

Great place for rainy days. I'd recommend this place for kids, but there's plenty to do for adults too. And it's not just reading about stuff, you'll get to try things and experience new stuff. We had great time. And some exhibitions do change so it won't be the same all the time. Very educational for children.

Nice to see if you have extra time before going to the airport. Nice lab for kids to learn more about chemicals. Tikkurila station provide clear signage to Heureka but after you exit the building, no more signage, keep askimg for correct direction.

Scientic center Heureka is right place for geeks, made mostly for children but adults will enjoy it as well very much. It offers wide range of science use in practice. You can actually try how the physics works, learn interesting facts about sport, logic, risks, nature and so on. It is not just watching, which can be boring. Here you... More

After a short train ride from Helsinki we walked to the centre and immediately were presented with a sense of things to come (won't go into more detail) Once inside all displays were interactive and available in many languages. Each one unique and the kids enjoyed learning whilst having fun. Making a coin with your own portrait was a definite... More

We visited as a family of 4 (2adults and 2 children aged10 & 11) over the Easter holidays. Very entertaining, great range of activities and hands on experiments. We all learnt something. We spent about 3 hours investigating all the exhibits and while it was busy it wasn't over powering or uncomfortable. We didn't use the cafe facilities but it... More

I remember loving this place as a kid and now 20 years after it was still interesting. Some of the exhibitions are about basic psychics and are meant for everyone. The plenatarium is definitely the main thing and I truly liked the 30 minutes fly through space and even learned something about dark matter and big bang theory. There is... More

We thought spending a rainy day in Heureka Science Center would be a good idea, unfortunately it wasn't. To whole attractions are made for kids and due to this 80% of the visitors are kids. Very few of the attractions/experiments are really interesting or exciting. The planetarium is looking quite nice and it is in a very good shape, unfortunately... More
