Park is pretty great but if there are not a lot of queues you are done with it pretty quick. When I went RocknRollercoaster down for retheme, Crush Coaster down for refurbishment… that’s kind of 2 of 4 main attractions which leaves you with not a lot to do.
The park really needs more attractions … I don’t see anyone willing to pay admission for just this park because fun is going to be over in 2-3 hours!
Staff great park is fun … looking forward to the new additions.

This is a relatively small park so pleased that we stayed on site and had the magic hours which definitely helped as the queues are ridiculous. I do think that having to pay a premium now for skipping the lines is taking the Mickey Mouse :( Apart from going single rider on certain rides you are spending hours in queues for rides that last minutes. Having said that the vibe is still unbeatable compared to non- Disney theme parks.

Walt Disney Studios Park used to have a lot of fun rides and attractions for grown-ups. Right now the park is undergoing a huge transformation, with the addition of multiple new areas (first one to open in the future is Marvel themed).
You have to be aware of the fact that you will not be spending an entire day in this park, so keep that in mind when buying tickets. We visited the Studios Park with our Annual Pass, so I did not mind.
Be prepared to wait LONG (1.5-2 hours) for rides like Hollywood Tower of Terror, Ratatouille and Crush's Coaster. At the time we visited Crush was closed, so we only did ToT, Ratatouille, ate a crêpe and went to the other park.
I hope the park will be worth the money when the new expansion opens! For now, I wish Disney would lower the ticket price for this park.

Disney Studios has little to offer beyond queuing at the moment. The Tower of Terror is a great ride and although it has a low height threshold for younger guests, it’s a very intense ride probably unsuitable for most children under 7. Ratatouille was a disappointment as it’s just screen-based with very few physical sets. Most of the other rides had 50+ queues, with Crush’s coaster over 2 hours, so really not much else to do in the park unless you’re willing to wait in queues all day long. Ate at chez Remy which although it was great theming, the food was very disappointing - the kids pasta was just a bowl of pasta with very little sauce and a very sweet side helping of ratatouille which neither enjoyed, and neither adult main meal was very enjoyable either (veggie meatballs and cod) - the least enjoyable meal out of all the Disney restaurants we visited during our stay. Hopefully in a few years time the park will be worth visiting, but at present it’s only worth a quick visit in the early morning or late afternoon when it quietens down to grab a couple of the main rides and then head back to the main park

We travelled to Paris and stayed at Santa Fe so were able to enter the parks at 0830 before general public. Even with this early entry all of the main rides in Walt Disney Studios were already at 60/70 min queues and due to heavy rain the other rides were not an option. Thought lining up for the frozen show but with everyone being made to wait out in the street in the rain, my 3 year old wasn't going to last the 40 minute wait. Even tried booking the Olaf meet and greet 4 times on the Ap (no other option) a dreadful system as it books up within seconds of the spaces being available at 0945 (AM spaces) 1315(PM spaces) Unless you go in one of the quiet months which I now know are weekdays in Jan, Sept and Nov, enjoying the queueing!!!

Visited in November 2021 with my partner, we assumed it would be fairly quiet as it was during the school holidays and low season for Disneyland.
We had been monitoring queue times on the app before we visited but thought it was just busy due to the Halloween celebrations but this park just doesn't seem to die down.
There are only really five big rides - Crush's Coaster, Tower of Terror, RC Racer, Ratatouille and Cars Road Trip. There are a couple of other attractions but nothing big and mainly aimed at small children, I've yet to see Crush's Coaster go under 60 minutes of wait time.
We decided on day 2 to get up for park opening and head straight to studios in a bid to beat the queue but even by 9:45 the queue for Crush was 135 minutes. We actually went on the Ratatouille ride, RC racer and then left the park as by that point everything averaged 80/90 minutes or above.
The park is great but there is nowhere near enough rides for the amount of people visiting, hopefully will be better once new attractions open next year.

A great addition to the main theme park. It's not that big but has very exciting rides. We bought the combi ticket to visit the both parks in the same day. We spent around 3 hours in the Disney studios. Our favourite was the rattatouile ride. The single rider option was available for that and it saved us so much time. Studios is not that crowded as the main park, so we found it very peaceful. Do not forget to visit this as well in your visit to disneyland.

Review is the average opinion of a family of 5. I would give it 1 as the queues are too long and fast pass is difficult in such a big park. Everything is a rip off as expected. My four year old queued a regular 40 minutes for very basic rides and the park could quite easily double smaller children’s rides for a cost as the space is there and would improve everyone’s experience.
Saying that my 5 year old & 8 year old both gave it 5/5 so what do I know haha it’s all about them. This side was my enjoyable for younger children than Disneyland side.

We were lucky enough to spend up to 14 days at the Disney park. This park out of all four we found to be the best-it wasn’t as busy as the magic kingdom which made it easier for us to get onto rides etc.... food is exceptionally expensive so where you can try to pack a picnic... staff are amazing and always have a smile or a wave which makes you feel special. We met a few of the Disney characters and all acted exactly like they were on the tv and really got into character and we were never rushed. We felt that although we had 14 days that we could only do ten days and we were all Disney-Ed out😊

Exceeding all expectations, we had the demonstration that everything is thought out and is prepared to the smallest detail to create a magical moment.
Just one detail, which in our opinion could and should be rethought: Healthy food for children and young people (not to mention adults too).
We believe that there is a very large deficit in the supply of healthy food.

Bonjour,

Anyone any idea of what the park opening times usually are in early June? Looking at rescheduling the trip we had planned later this month to early June next year but can’t find any opening hours

Of course I can't predict the future so I can't make any statements for next june.
But previous years it was:
10 am to 6 pm
sometimes though not always till 7 pm during weekends.
closer to summer it's till 9 pm during weekends and 7 pm on weekdays.

What age would you say is okay for Tower of Terror? My 4 year old is tall enough, would she like it? Thanks!

May I suggest you go on the ride yourself first and then decide if it’s suitable? The ride scares some adults! There are plenty of other cool rides if you skip the tower, have fun 😀

Hi. Didn’t see Spider-Man there. Just Disney characters. But even to see those characters you need to download the free LineBerty app. Via iTunes. And on the morning they release spots to meet them. But be very quick as they get snapped up in a matter of minutes. Just take loads of money with you or take plenty of drinks/ snacks with you. Queues are horrendous there and with small kids. It ain’t funny or a pleasure to make them queue for 30 mins to buy hot or cold food. Which don’t even taste nice.

Anyone recall how much the autograph books are?
I assume cheaper to buy similar before travel?
They're about £13 from the online Disney shop. Etsy do some good personalised ones
