In time, right car, but rider were all time speaking by mobile. Beside is illegal, is really dangerous. After we warm him, he stops talking and the rest of the journey was ok.

8 people have used it, my entire family, and the service has been impeccable: very good cars, Mercedes Vito three times, very well equipped (child boosters), punctual (specifically at Disney, 10 minutes early at the hotel door. This was the one that worried me the most because it was the return flight) and very reasonable in price. Specifically, of three companies that were recommended to me and that I contacted, the cheapest ones. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

They picked us up from the airport to the Paris hotel, everything was perfect.
The next day they picked us up at the hotel to go to Disney, the day before they called us to change the time... then they sent us an SMS changing it again... and they arrived 30 minutes late without telling us, driving us crazy calling all the places... being cold and getting us wet in the street, very bad management. And I didn't have change to pay what they require in cash. Incredible to pay for a service and have the schedule not met and they notify us

I went by a taxi with marks in the window that you could pay by card. By the end of the trip, the driver would only accept cash. When I referred to the marks, she got so angry that she charged me double the amount!!!
She didn't get out to help me with the suitcase from the trunk either...
I didn't leave any tips.

1/ We are wery sorry about experiance you had faced in Paris.
2/ We are not the company your refering, i am sorry to say 100% our drivers are MANS. till present we have no female driver in our company.
3/ More than 270 000 clients can guaranty as we are relaible service in Paris.

Please guys dont take taxis in paris!!!! They are big time frauds!!!!! Big time!!!! Use metro or bus if possible!!!! Dont use their taxis or any taxis!!! They rob u completely!!!!! Hate them!!!

We arrived at Paris Nord Station and needed to get to our accommodation in the Latin Quarter> we were approached by someone offering to take us that was just wandering around near the Taxi stand after telling him we weren't interested we were approached by one one else who was obviously working for Uber and wanting us to catch the lift to another level. He stated that the Taxi would cost us 95Euro but Uber would only be around 70 Euro. We stated that we would rather just catch a Taxi so proceeded to the Taxi stand only to be usher into a cab who took us to the address and then advised us that it was 95 Euro once we arrived at our destination. This seems ridiculous for what was a 15 minute trip. Is this expected of catching cabs in Paris?

From Paris to CDG Airport. Black man with glasses and a french flag hanging in front of passengers seat.Asked him if airport has luggage carts in front of terminal because I had 5 bags of luggage and I was by myself, he did not answer me, instead he turned on the radio really loud, then made phone calls 3 different times talking loud and laughing, dropped me off at very end of terminal where there was no carts with my 5 bags of luggage.Inconsiderate driver.Bad service.

We were in Paris for 4 days and prior to arriving we´d pre-booked some excursions & transport etc, My Taxi Paris being one of them.. and we had written confirmation of the booking. We had looked at metro/train prices to get us to Disney and it was going to be around €100 ... with various metro changes and some walking! So for €40 more we decided to book a taxi which would literally be door to door. We had arranged for the taxi to pick us up at 10am. After the first 15 mins passed we called them to see what was happening and were told "he´s on his way". Twenty minutes later we called again, "still on his way... be a few minutes". After an hour waiting, with 2 kids very upset to have lost an hour in Disney.. we luckily saw a taxi pull up outside our hotel and we asked him to take us.
We later got a text message apologising for the events that morning and they asked if we still wanted our return taxi, which we´d booked for 9.30 pm, they´d give us a €10 discount. We accepted because it saved the hassle of finding a taxi ourselves and negotiating prices. Needless to say, the driver was there 9.30pm with a sign with our name on it. They were very apologetic and unfortunately the actions of one of their drivers has given their company a bad name. In hindsight, they should have offered us a larger discount for the return trip.

Bad experience, we hired a large car for our transfers because we were traveling with small children and they sent us small cars.
We recommend that everyone who goes to Paris hire the Bolt app, they are very safe and economical

I would steer clear of Taxis in Paris. We had a really bad experience getting from the train station to our accommodation where they charged us 95euro for a fifteen minute trip. We used Uber for the rest of our stay in Paris and they were brilliant. Always arrived on time, cars were in good condition, drivers personable and you get an estimate of the cost up front. Also consider using the rail network. We bought a weekly ticket and found it to be great value for use on both bus and train.
