This spot is great for fishing, camping, boating and kayaking. Plenty of room, easy access for boats and kayaks via mill point boat ramp. Lots to explore in the lake and great spot to fish for flathead and break, either by land or kayak/boat

We stopped here on our way to Melbourne. Friendly reception and the park is lovely. Great shower amenities which was old but very clean which is the important thing. Would recommend this park.

On one side you have the Lake Tyers and on the other side, you have the Ocean. You can switch from on to the other and have the advantages of both. We really like the shallow water of Lake Tyers.

Beach is safe to swim in, is not patrolled. Any beach has rips. A bit further back towards lakes entrance in eastern beach which is a patrolled beach. Lake is safe to swim in stays at a nice water temperature aswell.
