This is a place to visit. Full of history and just a few minutes by car from downtown Richmond. Or a 20 min walk along the river. The site is bigger then aspected.

Lovely Riverside setting and good information boards about this preserved ruin. Impressive in its time.

Easby Abbey was so lovely to walk around and for it to have a connection with Richmond Castle was even better, would again recommend here to friends and family, great photography location aswell.

A rare treat, free entry to a historic site set in beautiful country side which is well worth a visit. The walks from here are great and take you to the Station at Richmond that offer great Ice Cream, Excellent Bakery and a lovely Cafe.

We took a very pleasant gentle round walk from the town to the Abbey. The Abbey itself was quite comprehensive and very well laid out. The little church next door was charming.

The site is privately owned with an honesty box for visitors. Location near the river is very pleasant. Lots of green space and ideal location to take the children.

Nice circular walk from Richmond. There is a church near site that predates the abbey, the church is still in use and has 2 wonderful medieval murals.

Yes the abbey is just a couple of minutes walk from Howe Villa, which is a very striking building with huge windows as I recall.
