Best to visit in the early morning during winter (November-January). You'll see lots of fog and it can get a bit chilly up there. Food and drinks allowed but keep the noises down. The road's pretty rough so drive safe. City and sedan cars wouldn't make it up there. Pick-ups are more preferable.

A pleasant spot to camp. Has a basic food stall and toilet/shower facilities.
Donation box for those who appreciate the free facilities.
4wd vehicle though not necessary but is encouraged. do not take Sedans to climb as many spots are quite deeply rutted. we hired a Toyota Hilux to go there early in the morning to see the sun rise. we did not camp but so some people camp there.
if you are intending to go in morning better check the weather forecast if it looks like it is going to rain better no to go as it gets too foggy and you cannot see anything. we were there at right time.

Firstly u need bike to go there and u must be a good rider because at end 8 km route is vary rough and include high slope. Secondly u need to stay nearby resort where so that u can go there and enjoy morning view (before 7).
During the way of view point we also got to know that we can go at waterfall also which have vary good way. So after view point we cover that also.and way to view point also have many good scenarios which u surely wanna capture.
Vary good location, close to nature and u can see Burma there but close your internet when u vary close to view point as you may Charged for overseas internet usage.
