Phu Pa Po, Loei Province, the atmosphere of the beautiful scenery. On the viewpoint, you can clearly see Phu Ho that looks like a cutting mountain or a flat mountain. Especially during the sea of fog. There will be a balcony extending out. allowing you to stand up close and enjoy the view can watch the sunrise and sunset got it all.

Left Phu Wiang early in the morning so we could see the sunrise here and it was certainly worth it.
Dont make the mistake I did in driving up there.
You are supposed to park at the bottom and take a Tak Tak up there but never mind.
We did get up to see the sunrise over the mountains. You are at 900m here so it is quite beautifull.

A place worth visiting while on your way to loei. Well managed by a larger extent. A steep drive of around 3 kms takes you to a transit where you catch locally organized songthew(mini truck with sitting arrangement). It takes you to the peak which is 700mtrs further on top. Fresh cool breeze and a sea of mist is ready to welcome you. There are multiple view points for click lovers. A very special treat for peace loving travellers who wants to get lost in sheer natural silence. There are many other nice places nearby to visit which are well managed n aloof.

Although he resembles more table mountain, Cape town. This mountain is unique in Thailand. In the middle of a mountain range , north west of Isaan( E- San) in Loei province. The way to there is easy to find, just park at the designated area. Go to the desk in the Center of the shopping area and pay 60Thb for a tek-tek ride into the mountain. This tractor ride is unique and brings you to the opposite mountain so you have a clear view of the Phu Pa Po mountain. You will have 3 stops the first 2 to show you different levels of the view on the " Fuji" . The 3rd one brings to a walking spot that after climbing 800m you have a wonderful 360* view over the area. No drinking facilities on the mountain so take Sun protection and water with you. Enjoy the view. At the base you can do so.e shopping and have some food and or drink, not expensive

Loei province offers a beautiful mountain range which makes a pleasant change to the flat paddy fields that are most common.Although these mountains may not compare to international standards, the skyline in Loei is very picturesque. There are many campsites to cater for a budget bargain, and this national park is free! The site itself can not be reached by car as it is private land, but the tractor ride to the view points is a small price to pay for this tourist attraction. This is not a demanding physical challenge rather than a very recommendable relaxed retreat.

Very Nice place and well arranged by local authority. The road is very dusty so one should take the face mask to cover nose as it is really very dusty. This is a new place so many people do not know about this place. It is just 3 km from the Suan Hun ( Kunming of Thailand). It is definitely a worth to visit this place.Weather is also very good.

A light trip to view what is called Mt Fuji in Loei. Just a ride on local tractor to the top of the hill for some photos. There is a small strawberry farm next to the visitor centre the will love picking it.
