Beautiful Wat and gardens
Nov 2020
Very peaceful temple, quite big and impressive, in Loei province. Nicely kept gardens too, enjoyed it very much!

Beautiful temple in Loei province
Jan 2020
There is no shortage of beautiful Wats in Loei, and this is one of the most beautiful. If you like taking photographs of tranquil temple cats, this is the place to go. Much of the Wat and surrounding garden elements are modern, brick structures. Be sure to walk around the grounds.

Gorgeous Temple
Oct 2018 • Family
The temple grounds are exquisite. The floor of this temple is black polished to a mirror finish that makes for fantastic photos. Unfortunately that floor is now mostly covered as it did not age well. Murals are very special telling the stories of the mythological beings and history of the Buddha. Well worth a visit!

A beautiful temple
Oct 2018 • Couples
The entrance gate is very impressive as are the surrounding walls of the temple complex all set in a beautiful garden. The Buddha statutes are very impressive for its splendor. Take time to walk around the whole area.

Beautiful historic Wat and Gardens
Oct 2017 • Friends
The Wat is a peaceful site with beautiful historic buildings and beautifully maintained grounds with exotic plants. The main golden Buddha is very impressive for its size and splendor with lesser green and red Buddha statutes which exude an aura of inner peace and eternity.
The traditional large bronze gongs at the entrance to the temple can be made to sound with a large soft drum stick or rubbed by hand to produce a distinct hum.

Wonderful temple, worth a visit
Jul 2016 • Couples
We called in here in the way to Sukhothai and if you're in the area you'd be mad to drive by. It's beautiful, look out for the green, red and ivory coloured Buddhas.

Impressive temple in manicured grounds
Jun 2016 • Couples
A large temple set in beatifully cared for grounds. The entrance gate is very impressive as are the surrounding walls of the temple complex, all red brick, as is the Wat itself, looks like something from an older temple complex but relatively new. The interior is beatifully decorated with gold and black columns, beatifully painted bright red ceilings and lage wooden shutters with gold and black on their exteriors. Beautiful brass elephant door handles, unfortunately all but one of the tusks has been broken off. Large elephant tusks on main alter, some definately marble not sure about the others.

Tourist attraction in Dansai
Jul 2015 • Couples
If anyway going to Dansai, visit the Wat Neramit Wipatsana Temple. It is well maintained, with beautiful gardens around it. Go early in the morning before 10.00 a.m., if you want to enjoy all its beauty, before the crowds arrive.
