More than 300 kilns were found in Ban Kruat, meaning this is the largest ceramic production center in Southeast Asia in the 15th-16th Buddhist Century (a thousand years ago). There are two large kilns, already restored by the Department of Fine Art – Nai Jian Kiln and Ban Sawai Kiln. Most of the pottery found is Khmer-style ceramic which are now exhibited in the Ban Kruat Museum at Ban Kruat Wittayakarn School.
