To narrow for me. Nice layout.
Caddies are pro, but they don't see the lines, as I do not pu hard. They often missed.

This place needs a complete overhaul as it has got worse since our last visit. Although it is still popular with the golfers the actual place is so scruffy and uninviting - I am surprised that there are not more complaints. The car parking area is tatty and the internal buildings need a facelift. The restaurants are average at best and the pool area is tired looking. In fact the only positive on our visit was a foot massage by a very knowledgeable member of staff.

The course has a great layout and we enjoyed each of the holes. Caddies have been very good, try to get Noo, #250, she helped a lot with her good green reading skills. The course was not at his best shape, fairways a bit long, greens a bit slow, but still in good shape. It will be perfect during the peak season, but other courses are a bit better currently. The course was empty and we played below 4 hours.

I've played St. Andrews 2000 three times in recent years and played here with a group of friends a week ago. I really enjoy the layout which can be very challenging if you spray your drives around. The two par 6 holes are tremendous and certainly provide a memorible experience. I thought the course and surrounds were a bit tired this time and I left with the impression it needs some love, time and money spent on it. This aside, it's a great experience not to be missed.

It's a beautiful golf course including two par 6 holes. I personally did not enjoy the round, those who have a lower handicap will enjoy but for hackers like me give it a miss! Expensive for the golf clubs in this area but facilities excellent, these are shared with the green valley next door. Restaurant very good and price reasonable.
You will find not a better course in this area but probably not enjoy unless a low handicap.

Enjoyed playing at St Andrews which is part of a 3 course set up including Silky Oaks and Green Valley (Don't be fooled by the name however....links course this is not !!).

St Andrews 2000 was a nice picturesque course, in need of a little more love and attention as some of the fairways where not great, The rough was varying condition on each hole and not consistent, the greens where varying speeds and in all honesty, there are more courses in the area worth less money.

The par 6's are a challenge however can be played like a long normal hole, the caddies where good, however pace of play was very slow due to large groups on the course, so be prepared to have a long round, even with a buggy and caddy.

Not worth the money if you pay full rate, Luckily we played with a member and in the week, even still this came to 2500 THB including caddy tip, you cannot walk this course as buggy is compulsory as is caddy

Would I play again...maybe, but i'd rather play others !!

Used to be the best course around.
Managed by the same group as green valley and silky oaks.
Like green valley it has been going down hill fast.
Not a patch on its former self.
Not worth the money with so many other better value courses around.

So course 2 of 5 on our tour, day 1 was Burapha Golf Club, good but not great. St Andrews, was heading in the great direction. It was the surprise of the stunning par 6’s on both nines that was the talking point at the end of the day, along with the hole we couldn’t play the 19th (looks very much like the island green par 3 at TPC Florida). We could have loved to have given it a crack. For those that come along after me, please let us know what is ends up like. Again, caddies friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My golfing partner thought he was on a good thing, what a chuckle I had as she smiled and took his tip. Clubhouse was basic but effective for all needs, good deals on shirts and trinkets to take home. I got a great thai cowboy hat.

Have been to this golf club a few times over the years and I am afraid the facilities are run down. Every where needs an upgrade as it is so uninviting - the car park / the entrance / changing rooms / pool / cafe / restaurants etc. Really disappointed.

This place has all hallmarks of a system in stress. We played a round of golf. Check in girl was having meal @ check in counter. Locker room had showers with disconnected pipes. There were a number of half abandoned buildings around club house. There were a lot of unsmiling staff. Golf course was good. Caddy I had was unveiling and basically untrained. Disappointed golfer.
