ตั้งอยู่ที่ถนนสุนทรสถิตย์ หน้าสวนสุขภาพในเขตเทศบาลเมือง หรือชาวเมืองเรียกกันว่า วัดทุ่งแก้ว ในวัดนี้มีพระปรางค์ห้ายอดภายในบรรจุพระบรมสารีริกธาตุ และเป็นที่ประดิษฐานรูปหล่อหลวงพ่อแย้มผู้สร้างวัดนี้ ในบริเวณวัดมีสระน้ำมนต์ขนาดใหญ่ ก่อด้วยอิฐ

Храм расположен недалеко от дороги от Утхай Тхани на север Таиланда. Древний храм состоит из пранга и нескольких строений. Территория ухожена. В храме проходила коронация королей Таиланда Рамы 6 и Рамы 7.
