We have been to Spa parole down in Rosemary Beach many times and will continue to go. The spa is connected to the hotel and they have valet parking if needed. They take pride in pampering you threw your spot experience whether it be a facial, massage, or nail treatments. You do not have to be a guest at the hotel to use the spa. Guest of the spa also get use of the pool and restaurant they're on property all day long. I highly recommend Spa plural for a very relaxing experience.

Beautiful courtyard area that blocks the ocean wind, heated pool and hot tub. Waiter/waitress to bring you food and drinks while you lay by the pool awaiting your service if you desire! Not a full spa with Sauna, and steam room. We all very much enjoyed our massages.

Visited over Labor Day weekend when I stayed at The Pearl. Had a very good massage and average pedicure. The massage was priced appropriately, the pedicure was over priced.

Let me start by saying that I have been to many spas (both upscale and basic spas) in the U.S. and on other countries like France, Rome, Chile etc so keep that in mind as you read my list of grievances. Though my massage was wonderful and the staff was nice, there were some major problems that overshadowed what could have been a nice spa day.

1. ***No proper relaxation area to sit and read in silence while you waited for your massage etc. They had guests sitting in uncomfortable chairs in a tiny room crammed in by the front desk with other guests coming and going all around us.

2. Absolutely no where to change, no dedicated locker rooms with a place to shower, no hot tub, and no robes offered. My room had a shower in it but I was told not to use that as it was only for clients who had mud baths. My husband was having his massage in a room next door and he said he assumed he was allowed to use the shower. I mean why the hell else would it be there right?!? Once his massage was over and the lady walked out he jumped in the shower and was shocked when she walked in minutes later. SH escaped him for taking a shower and said it was only for certain guess who had messy procedures like mud baths. So an oily massage isn't messy??!? Imagine how embarrassing that was for him?? He was literally nude in there washing himself off and got reprimanded by this lady. How would he have known not to use it?

Why don't they build a shower for spa all guests?? I had on clean clothing and wasn't even offered a towel to wipe all the greasy massage oil off before I redressed!!! I wish I had showered like he did. My clothes were ruined! That was unacceptable! When you are a hotel guest you can at least come down in your robe but I was staying next door and walked there in my street clothes. Why didn't they at least tell people on the phone when they book the massages that there were no showers offered?? I could have worn something dirty there.

3. 3rd offense, I am a female and they failed to ask me if I would mind having a male giving me my massage. That is a big issue not to ask that.

To wrap up, the hotel manager offered us a lunch voucher to make up for the odd spa experience but much of the drama could have been avoided if the hotel trained their staff to be more up front about the spa's accommodations on the phone at the time of the booking.

My best friend was turning 50 years old and we were staying in a house down in Rosemary Beach, so her husband decided to treat us to a spa day.
I have never stayed at the Pearl, but have eaten dinner there a couple of times and knew it had the reputation of being quite the hotel. I felt like the spa should be fabulous....,however it was a big disappointment.
It honestly feels like an afterthought rather than a well-planned out spa facility. I do realize that the Pearl is a boutique hotel so they are limited on space. With that said.....there is nowhere for anyone to relax prior to or after treatments. My friend and I had both a facial and a massage and rather than enjoying the entire spa experience, we had to wait in the lobby until our appointment time. We were welcome to sit by the pool but the weather wasn’t very nice. There’s no cozy robe, no relaxing music.....just straight into the treatment room.
I will say that the treatments were good and the staff very professional. I just feel like for the price point we paid, it was completely underwhelming.

What else would you expect from The Pearl? Great massage! Call early or book through the concierge. It’s difficult to get an appointment sometimes. A beautiful serene place. Wonderful!

I was treated to a Swedish massage at Spa Pearl. The Spa is right by the pool and was very quiet and peaceful. The 80 minute appointment began right on time and flew by!! I'm not much on massage, but must say this experience was all positive! My skin felt like silk, my body was relaxed and I truly enjoyed it!!

Had a facial at the Spa at The Pearl today. IT WAS AWESOME!! Best facial I have ever had. I had Malaina (sp?) and she did an amazing job. Will definitely be back!!! The actual hotel looks awesome too even though we didn't stay there.

One of the prettiest hotels on the beach - lovely decor, great staff, superior rooftop bar with good food and drinks. Rosemary Beach is simply lovely - good shopping, good food and its beautiful!
