Located about an hours drive from Ipoh, a unique attraction of a cave carved within a limestone hill. Access is easy and variety of options to enjoy the site. On certain season, a 'black water' activity is available where caving by trekking along the stream and out into the river. Otherwise the other levels are manageable . he walking platofrm... More

Visited for 2nd time after several years. This time went for the grand tour 4. Grand tour needs minimum 8 pax. We were only 4pax. Luckily able to tag a group from secondary school. Advertised as a 3.5hours tour. But took us from 11.30am until 4.00pm. Includes pre tour briefing, and waiting to ensure groups will not merge during tour.... More

We were a group of 8 with 3 seniors citizens and 2kids. Hence, we broke up into 2 tours and parted mid way. Basically, tour 2 will take the same route as tour 1 but continues to climb higher. The senior citizens and the 5year old took tour 1 while the rest of us took tour2. The cave is reasonably... More

we came to do the wet tour. Since you need 6-8 ppl and noone else showed up we decided after 2 hours to do the dry tour. Since we are also no malay citizens they charged us unbelievalble 30 Ringgit per person (compared to 12 pp for malay citizend). And all that for a self guided tour. The cave we... More

I have to say that I underestimate this huge cave. You can actually take a minimum 45 minutes own tour or go little bit adventurous & take the hours tour going underground & get wet. Do bring along extra clothing if you would like to do that. There's a lot of steps so take a short break in between. My... More

It might be unfair for me to say this but there's really nothing to see here comparing to Australia. Even the one at Vietnam looked better and nicer. The whole environment was just so hot and i was sweating like mad. Perhaps it would be a better experience if to go through the whole experience package including the wet tour.

Need to pay to go inside. Got 4 package with different price. Separate with local & tourist price. By the way, its better to come early on 9.00am because it still cold inside. Be careful with the stairs that very high and slippery. Thanks to our tour guide, a lot info i get from him.

The caves are amazingly large and spacious. This was an old tin mine but the walls and large cave formations are still in very good condition. I did the 2nd level tour (out of 4 difficulty levels) all with a professional guide. There are handrails everywhere, but it can get very slippery so bring good footwear. I will definitely be... This cave is more interesting than Batu Caves. There are 4 type of tours you can do. Tour 1 & 2 (Dry tour) and Tour 3 & 4 (Wet tour). Wet tour need to have minimum 8 adults. Try to plan with your friends to do Tour 4. You will never regret. :)
