Playalot is a family indoor adventure park, perfect for all ages. It offers the following, all under one roof; Three themed age-appropriate play zones, VIP party rooms, a 5D cinema, a golf simulator, hair & beauty salon, a catering kitchen, a cocktail bar and a family restaurant and café. Fun for the whole family!

We visited Playalot on Friday afternoon with our 3 children (4, 3, 3) and Playalot is looking tired. The balls have been removed from the Quad-Slide and moved to one half of the Pyramid Play sections. Most of the balls are squashed flat and looks sad.
We took the kids for their first 4D experience. We got seated an the seats started moving but the screen wasn't on. Staff tried to rectify this but instead of stopping the seats from moving, they instructed us to get off while it was still moving.
Some of the Play Marshals are very helpful and some are clearly not happy to be there. Overall the kids had fun and I guess thats all what matters.

I just had my sons 1st birthday party @ Playalot. When communicating to the team they told me my son's birthday would be magical...magical does not even begin to describe it. They made my life easy and stress free during planning, accommodated all my needs and requests and did exactly what I had asked for regarding decor and catering. On the day everything went so smoothly and really thank Monique and Vincent for EVERYTHING. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and catered to all our needs to make the day special.
I highly recommend visiting Playalot for a day visit or to host your kiddies parties. The best part, both the kids and adults at my party had a blast.
Thanks again Playalot Team, you do magical parties 🥳

So sad how people only take the time to write negative reviews. I am here with a real positive one. Playalot is the best adventure park Cape Town has to offer! My kids played for 3 hours and I still had to drag them out of there. They played in 2 of the 3 age-appropriate play zones, that had so much to do, I cannot even recall it all. Climbing walls, wave & spiral slides, obstacle courses, sand & ball pits, netted & elasic mazes, a high-rope course, a very cool sky ride in the roof AND a 5D cinema (that I joined in as well). :) Happy Mommy!

The 0 - 3 years space is promised to be safe and monitored - what absolute nonsens!!
My 2 year old ended up crying because big kids was allowed in and took over everything.
She was forced of the slide, got those playpit seeds kicked in her face and the more I tell the big kids to stop the more they went on.
You will NEVER see me again.

Honestly don’t have words for the poor service at playalot today.. I won’t be going back anytime soon. My son is 1 years old and was left unsupervised when they assigned someone to him and then everyone who was assigned after had this bad attitude and didn’t want to play with him. I asked my money back and left. As this is ridiculous you take your child there to have fun and be played with a d supervised and the employees don’t even want to do their jobs.. looks at me with utter disgust when I asked them to keep an eye on him. Never ever again.

All that really matters to me is safety and security when it comes to my children.
Playalot ticks all the boxes! My child can not exit the park under any circumstances without me by his side. The fact that their staff (even management) was warm and all-present, is just a massive bonus. Knead has fabulous coffee and food!
We will visit Playalot weekly so that I can drink warm coffee (this does not happen at home) whilst the Fun Marshalls keeps an eye on the kids for me. The 5D cinema was a highlight.

Has variety of playing areas for kids of all ages and has space to host your kids parties. A great sitting area for parents where they can see the kids play, with a view from above from the playing area. Cafe with different food options.

I lost my phone at playalot so they kept it for me and I was able to collect it from them the next day.
