The coffee is so cute. It's well looked and well furnished, set in a historic building in Gavirate's downtown, just on the side of Municipal building. There are about thirty seats in the loft but its best is in the summer when tables are arranged in a cool and cozy courtyard. it is a place full of charm. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, but especially for cocktails classy. The atmosphere is relaxed, good background music. I highly recommend it, especially during the hot season, when his shady courtyard becomes a true oasis. Romantic, relaxed, good products, kindness and friendliness from the staff. What else?

We’ve had several delightful afternoons in this fascinating cafe. The service is friendly and prompt, the coffee is excellent and the food delicious! The courtyard garden is delightful with climbing roses and other scented plants and fascinating old pieces artfully arranged on walls and tables. I look forward to my next visit!

Cute, comfortable, friendly people, normal prices. It has a hidden courtyard with antique stuff and rooms set out with antique furniture to look at. They have internet, just ask.

The most remarkable caffe in Gavirate. An old villa that has two jail cells. Wonderful history. Fantastic coffee and mouth watering pastries. Definitely worth a visit.

Good coffee and pastries and a superb courtyard to enjoy to the max relaxation. Service is good with very limited English. Recommended for an easy breakfast. We visited them everyday during our stay in Gavirate.

Caffe Maggioni is a great spot for a coffee or an aperitivo. The staff are friendly and take great care in the presentation of their food, drinks and the setting. Their Aperol Spritz (I think) is the best in the area. The courtyard is an excellent place to relax and catch up with friends. Before you leave make sure you take the time to explore the rooms off the courtyard.
