King of Soft Play
May 2021 • Family
This soft play caters for all ages, from babies in arms to the monster pre teens!

It is sooo clean which you don’t often find from a soft play. There are areas for role play, fun and sensory!

The cafe is overpriced but a great selection of teas, coffees and treats! (point me to a soft play that hasn’t got an overpriced cafe)

Huge place, great outside area too and attached to a lovely garden centre.

Inadequate accessible toilet provision
May 2021 • Family
The play area itself is great, far and away the best in the area. Clean, purpose with a wide variety of activities for different age groups, we have held two birthday parties there over the years and it’s expensive, but very popular!

The downside is the lack of accessible toilets. The main toilet area is really well planned, open plan with low down sinks and driers for the kids. However, there is no access toilet there. There’s a fully accessible changing room with a bed, but you need a key to access it. If you just want a wheelchair accessible toilet or one with grab handles you actually have to leave the play area (with kids in tow if you are the only parent!) to use the one in reception. I have raised this with them but they seem to think this is ok.

So if you are able bodied, the place is great. If you need accessible toilet provision, not so much.

Good soft play facility, suitable for most ages. Kids had lots of fun even with Covid rules in place and well executed. The play barn was Clean, colorful with lots to do and also serve a great latte.

Absolutely fabulous
Feb 2020
For both grown ups (grandparents) and little ones. Great fun all round and a good cafe serving a reasonable range of good quality, healthy, food options. Not to mention the coffee which is very good.

So much for little ones to do and grown ups encouraged to join in with them, or at least accompany them on the equipment.

Great for a fun half-day out - has a lovely outside play area too!

And the cost is very reasonable and a lot cheaper than places nearer London - but don't tell them!

Good soft play but...
Oct 2019 • Family
I have been here with my little boy a few times now with friends and family too. The play area is very good and clean the staff are good too. Its probably the best soft play in the immediate area but i have to say it is a bit expensive and i feel the cafe is extremely expensive for what they have. Have just been to a similar play house in swindon which is far better value.

I would recommend if you want to stay local.

Another good time was had by children.

Always enjoy this place and this time we had food - very nice and reasonably priced. I know it's trying to be healthy, but there were moans about there being no chips.
Last time I had a minor issue over not enough seats, but now they seem to have crammed in even more tables and chairs - eased the seating, but hard to get through, especially with a buggy, which had to be physically lifted over tables.
Everywhere in the place is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful.
I still have reservations about the baby/toddler area being so close to the main area. Some bigger children have a tendency to jump through them with little thought for the little ones there.

Really fun
Oct 2019 • Family
This is much nicer and cleaner than other soft play. They constantly clean it.
Lots of seating and you can see your kids at all angles. Nice outdoor bit too.
Cafe nice. Food a bit pricey especially the cakes.
It's a good place to come my kids enjoy it. I do think it's silly charging adults to come in but they all seem to do that! Adults spend loads in the cafe!
Its a shame it isn't a little bit bigger!
Will come here again :)

Great facilities just a pity about the load music.
Sep 2019
We went with our 2 year old grandson and his mum as we had heard such good things about the place. Overall the soft play area is amazing for small children with plenty to keep them going for an hour or more. The only thing that drove us mad was the American musical/film music blasting out - almost too loud to talk over. Might be just us though! As a result we left to have lunch in the garden centre restaurant which was OK. Outside there were lots of other activities and he particularly enjoyed the tractors. The animals and a lake provided extra interest too.

The best indoor play area I have ever been to (even in the school holidays)!
Aug 2019
So I don't know where to start but Sprouts is fantastic. Clean facilities that I would say are suitable from 6months - 8, 10years at a push. The staff are very friendly and keep the soft play barn spotless. There are plenty of seats/tables and the cafe serves a range of healthy food and makes a decent coffee. The toilets are always clean and there's a sweet outdoor space too. Reasonably priced and even when visiting in the school holidays, i don't find it too busy. Highly recommended!

Teddy Bears Picnic
Aug 2019 • Family
I booked 2 children aged 3 and 1 aged just under 2 onto the teddy bears picnic. What a delight!
They could play as normal in the session time in the soft play equipment.
Then They had little tables set up, the girls could all choose a teddy of their choice to fill. (Lovely bears) They also put out colouring just in case they got a little fed up with filling the teddy’s. Once they had fluffed and filled the teddy’s the host took us outside into a tent for them to sit on bean bags and cushions with their teddy’s to listen to a story. The host was very good and friendly with all the children and tried to remember their names.
After this, we went back inside for them to have their picnic- 5 choices from the little cafe there.

My little girl now sleeps with her teddy and always remembers there was a little password to get through the door. They all enjoyed it. My daughter under 2 got a little restless but that was to be expected.

Great fun for all! Always recommend sprouts and their activities.
