Excellent pool complex, holiday feel. One big outdoor an Indoor pool and 2 smaller pools. Location is good as it avoids the mountain clouds. Reasonably priced, and you can take your own food/lunch.

Rude is an understatement

I went with my family and we prepared to pay the entrance by following the information found on their website. The two receptionists rudely and aggressively told us that they don't have the site. When I showed the page they changed the version saying that it was not updated and it was impossible to have found that information (entry from 2pm at a lower price). Both "ladies" perpetuated a behavior that was anything but professional, kind and welcoming but rude to say the least!
Therefore my family and I have changed pools and we will never go back there again as well as giving bad publicity.

I have been coming to this pool for years at least once a week when I can. For the first time yesterday happened a really unpleasant episode, I always brought my fridge bag and yesterday instead I was denied to bring it. Cashier very rude and arrogant that not only did not let me in with the cooler bag that I had to leave in the car that I say if it is the regulation ok! But after me there was an old man with his nieces and he had the fridge bag and when I pointed it out to the cashier he replied that that was just a bag. Lie from the moment the old man the cashier knew him and let him in with the frying pan for that reason. In fact, then I wanted to stand next to the gentleman on purpose in the chairs and guess what? It was just a fry full of food. In my opinion it's all or none. By the way it is quite impossible to eat something there because every time I tried I waited for a toast more than an hour and the barmaids are all rude and work with an embarrassing calm so even wanting to eat them is impossible.
Then if I may make an observation the plastic sunbeds in the water with moldy green algae are not really nice to look at.
Too bad because I always loved that pool.
