The monument as such does not have anything more than what is seen in the picture.But it is a reminder of the influence which the cultural of ancient India had to change the thinking of a foreigner from a equally developed civilization .

Can be seen if time permits, Khambaba is locate in a small lane next to the interstate. It will probably take couple of minutes to see the pillar said to be 2000 years old build by Greek ambassador.

Khamba baba as the name suggests is the name of the pillar from the time of Ashoka. It is a must visit and is an epitome of the history.

it is not a large area but a pillar standing in remainings of old temple. the boards there tells the story of the this place and you can estimate the importance that this place would have during older times
