Fantastic views of Santos beach from the lift, and once you're at the top you get amazing views of Santos, the beach and the bay. There is a small restaurant at the top where you can have a snack and a cold beverage.

Went with my brother who lives in Santos. He kept telling me of the death defying Teleferico, the awesome heights you achieve while dangling from a barely there cable, high above the rain forest. He had me so worked up that I was clinging to the gondola the entire trip up, even though it was one of the most chill rides I've ever been on. The rain forest is just amazing. I did not ride the Teleferico of Death down, as I preferred paragliding off the mountain, which seemed safer than the terrifying gondola.

A fun ride up the mountain. On the way up you and down you cross over the road which is fun. At the top great views of the bay, city, and the many ships out at sea.

Nice teleferico brings you from praia to a hill where you can enjoy a fabulous view on the beach and the city. For those who are afraid of going by teleferico, think twice if you want to go up by car. This is doable but you will pass a favela. I did the trip by car as well, nothing happened, but I would not do it again !!

It's only R$18 to take the ski lift type transport up to the top of the hill and it's definitely worth the money. The views of the beach and the city are spectacular and at the top there is a cafe serving typical Brazilian drinks and snacks as well as opportunities to see various types of wildlife and go paragliding. This is the third time that I've gone and every time I have enjoyed it immensely! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and wanting a good view of everything!

If your afraid of heights, the ride up the chair lift is not for you. Even though it's very easy to get on and off and goes very slow the fact you glide over traffic and dense vegetation could be unsettling. I loved it! It's the 2nd time I have done, each time I visit I make it a point to do for the views and pics you get from the top are spectacular. My husband paraglided with an instructor, tandem and said it was very peaceful and not scary at all like when he parachuted out of a plane. Said they flew within 10 feet of apartment windows and could see inside and felt like he could touch the people. It was about a 20 min. ride down to the field which was an easy landing. You have to call 24 hours in advance to make a reservation and to check on weather conditions. Kinda expensive but worth the money to do at least once.

Nice overall view of the beach and town, but not worth the money you have to pay. Ideally, the tourism oriented structure at the top of the hill should be better.

I went to teleferico in sao vicente for the first time last year (even being born there) and it was a great ride. Keep in mind that takes around 5 to 15 minutes to reach the top depending how many times it will stop to pick up more people.

Recommendation to check the weather if it is too windy or not. Some people might have issues when it gets to the middle of the ride. Also check if you might need to take a sweater with you.

When you get to the top you can spend half a day enjoying the view, seeing the paragliders and also eating good seafood in the reataurants.

Whilst not a very long ride (about 700m), it does offer a great view of the entire beachfront area. At the top you can watch the para-gliders, look at the gardens, and maybe see some of the local wildlife.

The view from the mountain is amazing! I highly recommend going and staying an hour on top of the hill.
