Not 10 minutes out of Dunoon lies Historic Kilmun, with its Mausoleum sheltering 500 years of Campbell Chiefs. From St Fintan Munnu in the 6th century to the working church of today, there has been worship here for over 1400 years. See our newly opened Visitor Centre, the beautiful Princess Louise Sculpture, and take a tour with our guides to learn of remarkable lives that shaped Scottish history.

This small place just oozes history. Our escorted tour really brought it alive for us, thanks to the obvious enthusiasm and knowledge of our Guide. The Church interior is most attractive and has a warmth which is in stark contrast to the Mausoleum. This should...More

Berthed in Holy Loch on Saga Sapphire cruise ship. Location of the church is stunning and stood out on the shores of the Loch. Whilst our fellow "Saganauts" went on expensive trips to Inverary Castle & the Cowal Highland Games, we took the advice of...More
