Sadly the wine tastes bitter nor fruity nor sweet. That is to say that the grapes shouldnot have been maturing well ... or the winery did not work well.
This winery was very well-kept with attention to detail. It had seated wine tastings and our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. I found the wines to be priced on the higher side for Ontario wines and in comparison to similar wines at other wineries....More
