This is my second time after I believe 8 years meeting Putu again for round 2 in Bali. Albeit this being a laid-back trip, he sure as hell is the best around.
Prompt, helpful, friendly and makes you feel at ease almost instantly.
I am glad to have found a friend in you.

Coming back from Gili, from harbor to our place, they lost our luggage and didn't help or give any assistance.
What's happened is easy, they took out a small trolley from the trunk of the car to load bigger luggages and they forgot it on the street.
When at destination we realized what happened we called the responsabile (more times) but he totally didn't care at all, like it was our problem.
By the way the transport was with more than 4-5 hours of delay on the schedule and other people almost lost the flight.
Nobody could really speak English, they were totally unprofessional, unfair, impolite.
