We've just enjoyed a fantastic evening at the BBQ Guru's Cooking Class. We decided to include Scoffed into our Adelaide foodies holiday itinerary and would thoroughly recommend it. It was a highlight of our trip to South Australia and we look forward to trying out our new culinary skills back home in New Zealand. The staff imparted their specialist knowledge in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Great food and a fun evening for singles, couples or groups.

We fully enjoyed the Fathers Day Steak and Shiraz class. Some wonderful Barossa wines, paired with beautiful food. The handmade potato salad with the steak, along with the green chimichurri all worked beautifully together. Matt the chef obviously knows his steaks and shared everything he could in the 3 hours we were there. Fantastic conversations, amazing food (that we made!) and great SA wine all wrapped up a great Fathers Day afternoon. The BBQ classes coming up in Spring and Summer look like an absolute no brainer!

We found ourselves at Scoffed on our last day in Australia, and it was a terrific evening. Our class featured 5 delicious recipes showcasing seasonal ingredients freshly purchased from the central market just prior to class. The recipes involved a variety of preparation and cooking techniques, with demonstration and clear instruction. The class itself was quite relaxed and educational. We prepared and immediately consumed one dish at a time, making for a great balance between cooking and eating. We left Scoffed with full bellies and new recipes to recreate at home. The class is appropriate for beginners and more seasoned chefs alike. Don't miss Scoffed if you love eating and making great food.
