A great place to visit . the whole area has many well restored buildings and the Maritime Museum itself is great . A great insight into South Australian history up to about the 1960 's. For an extra dollar you can climb the lighthouse ....More

We love coming here with our boys :) they love exploring the big ship and seeing the rooms people stayed in when coming from overseas, especially the 2 pound poms which their great grandparents were :)

Good perspective of a bygone era of manned lighthouses. A $1 entry fee provides access to the lighthouse via a narrow windy staircase and the view at the top is worth it.
