This was just what we wanted. A lakeside pitch for our caravan. I managed to launch my paddleboard on 2 of our 5 days but had to pay a fee for all 5 days on check in which seems unreasonable. Showers and toilets were fine but bar and restaurant closed except on weekends. A great site and facilities in November but I don't think I'd like to visit in summer as it would be very busy on site, in the showers and on the water. A new reception and shop are under construction for next year. A shop will be useful.
Loved it as a base for exploring Cotswolds and Malverns.

Came home yesterday but wish we could've stayed longer.
Site was really easy to find, quick check in & really friendly staff. Found our pitch easily and really pleased with location, about 5 metres from the lake and a 2 minute wander to either toilet block.
Both toilet blocks were really clean every time we used them, nice shower rooms and they were never busy.

We booked a hardstanding pitch, electric was shared with 3 others but easy to access and we had a water tap very close to us. You will need decent pegs to put in the hardstanding.

Took our paddleboards and used them in the lake lots, it can get quite busy but you can use the lake during daylight hours so plenty of time for a peaceful paddle. We paid £20 for 5 days launch fee for 2 boards.
We also booked a 2 hour windsurfing lesson. Hats off to Archie who wasn't phased by the fact he was teaching a 48 year old and an 18 year old with different abilities at the same time. He was a great, patient teacher and had us both up windsurfing during the session. Everyone on the lake was also really encouraging. We hired the boards again for an hour later in the week.
There was a school group there when we were there, they did so many activities it was great to see.

Normally we go and explore the local area but we spent most of our 5 days on the site as it was so nice. We did take our boards on the river and paddled up to the pub for lunch. Easy access from site to the river.
I thought this was a really lovely well kept site, the lake is so nice and where we were pitched was very peaceful. We didn't eat in the restaurant but our neighbours said they had a lovely meal in there.

We originally wanted to do 8 nights but most weekends were booked when i tried so i'd suggest if you're thinking of going book early, especially for lakeside pitches.
We'll definitely book again

Stayed 4 times, Cherry x 3 and Maple x 1.
Can’t knock the caravans, clean, fully stocked equipment, lovely lake views, but last two visits we were kept awake by groups of woman guessing drunk, giggling and shouting till 11:30 in the hot tubs. We suffer mental health and come here for peace & quiet and 4 x nights now been kept awake. The noise should be limited till 22:00. People are selfish so giving Croft a miss now for a while. Do recommend in a sense but not that quiet at night if you want tranquility.

Thus place should be avoided until modernisation and investment has been pumped through the site. We stayed in one of if not the most expensive Lodges and the standard of cleanliness was appalling. Croft Farm when informed also agreed that the cleaner 'wasnt the best' and then said they best check other lodges which they had cleaned....smell from the Shower of raw sewage....Croft Famr didnt really care when we made them aware and nor did Hoseasons who followed up one month after my complaint offering a 'good will gesture' i would rather share my review than get a pay off as the way this was handled is disgusting.

Hoseason's said we need to take it up with the Park and the Park said we take it up with Hoseason's - heres an idea what about one of you takes it up with your valued customers and holds up your hands and says yes we ruined your summer holiday and very easily and simply - SORRY!!!! that goes a long way in the world of customer services.

Croft Farm have lost our money next year having stayed with them for the past 2 years - showing huge signs of wear and tear and need a large investment to bring the site back up to date.

“Rhino” describes the lodge he stayed in as “dirty as a pig-sty” but I suggest this is done for maximum negative impact rather than an accurate description. When the issue of cleanliness was brought to our attention, we sent staff straight to the lodge to remedy and apologise. We accepted that the standard of cleanliness was not good enough but also thought that some issues brought to our attention were somewhat petty. Did it really ruin the holiday by having a few hairs in the shower trap or a smidgen of dust on the back of the TV bracket??!! The smell from the bathroom was not raw sewage but a degree of dampness that has since been resolved. The scratch marks you photographed are because a dog was shut in the bedroom, a little unsightly but not worthy of replacing the carpet. The reason this review is here is because you asked for a 75% discount on your holiday and we declined your request. We acted when you complained, we did offer a small amount of compensation for the inconvenience but when a demand for 75% (over £1000) was made on departure I decided to stop the conversation. Clearly Hoseasons were of the same opinion and the reason your review is here is not to give others a fair description of your stay but because you are frustrated at not being offered sufficient “pay off.” Your assertion that Croft Farm “don’t really care” is incorrect but we will not give way to guests that completely exaggerate their claims to negotiate a ridiculous amount of compensation. You are welcome to come back as clearly you enjoy the site and what Croft Farm has to offer.

Stayed here on our way to north Wales. Pitches on the side of the lake with great facilities for campingand they’re clean. Water sports on offer were a bit expensive £20 per hour for a paddleboard or £30 per hour for a pedalo. If your staying take your own stuff £10 for boat launch fee. On a warm day you can swim in the lake

Had a great 2 night stay on an electric hook up pitch. Kids loved the play areas. Restaurant and bar is affordable and decent quality.

We hired a large paddle board for 1/2 day and had a ball!! £60 but was cheaper than hiring individual boards and was good fun.

Lake was clean and clear. We loved it!

The hire costs were expensive and we would have done more had it been a bit cheaper. Pedalo for £35/hr is more than Centre Parcs which is a shame. If they had been £20 we would have hired one of those too!

Showers and loos were clean.

Electric hook up point was mikes from our tent but the lady on reception leant us a longer cable and was really helpful.

Be warned early entry/late exit costs £5 more which seems odd. I’d rather they just added a tenner to the booking and you could stay all day rather than feeling charged for getting there early/staying after you have packed away.

Could definitely do with a little shop onsite for bread/milk/pastries etc.

We will definitely be back next year!

Just finished our holiday at Croft Farm Water Park and all I can say is wow!!

We were allowed to check in early at 3pm which was fantastic as it allowed us to get on the lake with our stand up paddle boards before it got too dark. Afterwards we grabbed a bite from the clubhouse which were offering a takeaway service. Had a lush gourmet burger and a pint! Yum!

We stayed in the Birch lodge which was one of the new ones. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped.
Most evenings we sat on the deck with a few glasses of wine enjoying the sunset over the lake then back inside to watch some Netflix.

We will definitely return. Might go for a hot tub lodge next time as we were a bit jealous of our neighbours who were enjoying theirs in the evening.

We booked a week at Croft Farm staying in the Cherry lodge and we were very impressed! The accommodation was immaculately clean, spacious and modern with all amenities. Very comfy bed and quiet site. A really nice touch to have a basket in the kitchen filled with breakfast items, fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge, tea and coffee. The onsite bar had live music and inexpensive drinks. We tried the onsite kayacs and the staff were helpful. It's only a 5 minute drive to twekesbury centre where you will find a supermarket, shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend this as a relaxing country break.

Lovely park been here twice with friends and has a Great Lake . We were lucky to have perfect weather over the Easter weekend too . Showers and toilets are very clean and they have good facilities . Just have a one gripe and that is the equipment is quite expensive to hire . The flamingo and swans are also £35 an hour which is way too much!
We also had a problem in the restaurant when our food was 40 mins late . This is a problem when you have children and the manager didn’t even apologise, so they definitely need to strengthen their customer service .
Overall though the staff are lovely and we will be back .

Just returned from a 3 night break and stayed in the aspen lodge. First of all can I say the lodge was absolutely beautiful, the view and the hot tub was just amazing. I can honestly say I don’t think I will find a better log cabin for the price and how nice it actually was, it was stunning!!

The weather whilst we were there was lovely which made us make use of the hot tub especially at night 😍 the hot tub was big enough to fit 4 people in and had a nice light in which made it more relaxing in the dark.

The log cabin was super spacious and had everything you need eg: pans, cutlery, plates, cups etc they even provided a welcome hamper with like bread, biscuits, jam, crisps which was a lovely touch. The decorations within the lodge itself were so good that I actually felt like I was at home, if I could of stayed longer I would of. There was a hairdryer, 2 dressing gowns with slippers which they provided, shampoo conditioner and soap in both the bathrooms. The heating was perfect, always nice and warm and could adjust if too hot or needed it lower. A nice fire below the tv which was even a better touch because we felt so relaxed watching tv at night with this on. The beds were surprisingly comfty (probably comfier than my bed at home haha) so had 3 great night sleeps. Bedrooms very spacious and had plenty of storage, had a place for everything. 2 sofas which helped as me and my partner had 1 sofa each and soooooo comfty, I could lie on them all day long if I could.

Location was very good too. It was a weekend of just pure relaxation really but we still booked to go for food at an Italian nearby which was lovely (Zitto emangia), town was a 10 minute drive away which had everything, aldi, Tesco, Poundland, boots, everything you would find in any town really so very handy. A couple of pubs in the town too. Cheltenham 25 mins away which we went on the last day and had dinner out and did an Xmas shop. So all in all location was great.

Overall the lodge was perfect from the inside and from the out. I just wish we had stayed longer and I’m back home now and absolutely gutted. What a lovely break away and I would like to thank all the staff at Croft farm to make it the best stay we could of asked for. Lovely women on reception too which couldn’t be more helpful.
