I've seen the Cliffs of Moher lots of times. Watching them from the sea was a wonderfil experience. It's really something to do, especially if you know the place quite well.

The better of the two ferry options in Doolin. Boat is comfortable in choppy seas. Don't stay below.

O'Brien Line Ferries offered a new boat that allowed us to travel to the smallest Aran Island in only 15 minutes, instead of the traditional 30 minute ride. The sea was brisk with high waves but this boat was able to move through the waves...More

We pre-booked our tickets from the Cliffs of Moher park and ride office in Doolin and thoroughly recommend this as it takes away all the hassle of ticket sellers at the harbour in Doolin. Our trip to Inis Oirr was on a fairly windy day...More

After reviewing alot of comments on here I decided to go on my boat tour of the cliffs with O'Briens. It is by far the biggest and nicest boat for tours. All the staff are really friendly and are good craic. The guy who tells...More

19 minutes to Inisheer--I timed it because I have a tendency to get seasick but was NOT going to miss a trip to the Aran Islands. The Express was new, comfortable and didn't make me sick. For one child, one adult, and one senior, it...More

We got the 11am sailing over to Inisheer and the 4.45pm boat back to Doolin. The lovely weather helped of course but we had a fabulous day on the island - visiting the pub and coffee shops, the ruined sites, the gorgeous beach and taking...More

I think the ferries are weather specific. Storms roll in quickly, so you will just need to check in and see how your day is looking. Do take the ferry to the Aran island.

Hi there, thank you for your question. You may certainly stay overnight on the Islands. You can stay for as long as you like, and the return fare is still the same. When you choose your Islands, for example Inis Mor... More

I bought my ticket at the location - it was an optional side trip to an organized bus tour from Dublin. We were told it would depend on the weather. This was in October. Not sure if weather is a factor in other seasons. If... More
