Came with my 13 years old son on an off season trip. Did the adventure park first. Great thrilling experience, especially the looooong tirolinas....
Came back the other day for a canyoning trip in the bausen creek that was also great.

Went as a couple, a bit apprehensive due to not being able to understand Spanish. It was not a problem, the guide appointed to our raft spoke great English and gave instructions in both languages. The equipment was first class and safety was the first priority. The guilds are highly professional and do their best to ensure everyone has a great time. The river is very beautiful and the scenery takes your breath away. Enjoyed every minute of this adventure. Highly recommended.

Last weekend we came with a group of 6 adults and 4 children (between 3-8 yrs old). We had booked a full day with in the morning rafting and in the afternoon canyoning, including lunch.
First of all I have to say that all guides during the day were professional and very good and thanks to them we enjoyed our activities. However the rest of the service was really bad, or better said non-excisting.
Starting at the reception where the girl who attended us wasn´t very helpful and could´t really give us any clear information on our activities and answer some of our questions we had regarding both activities.
Second the bathrooms were dirty and disgusting, there was no toilet paper or soap. When I asked if they had either they refilled the toilet paper but told me they had no soap at all.
Lunch which was included was ok, but I think it would be better if you would just order the separate menu. The staff was very rude, and they didn´t mention that we couldn´t pay buy card until the end and made the comment "oh well you can just go down to the town of Les and take out money"....
And lastly it is a shame that a park like this doesn´t have anyone who can do activities with the children while the parents go and enjoy their activity. Due to this one of the parents had to stay behind with the children and couldn´t participate in both experiences.
All in all we had a good time because we were with a great group, and the guides on both experiences were great at their jobs! However I am not sure if I would come back...

We went canyoning with Deportur and our kids (11 and 14) loved it loved canyoning so much that we had to book another adventure with a higher degree of difficulty. Absolutely amazing! Our guide, Alex, went out of his way to make our day fantastic. He is a fun, warm-hearted guy who takes safety seriously. We had such a great time and would highly recommend canyoning with Deportur and Alex. Our 11-year-old wants to be a canyoning guide when he grows up. We will definitely come back!

We choose the canyoning activity, ages were from 7 year old and on.
It was great fun for all, wet, sometimes cold but everyone had good time, the guides Juan and Javi did great job.
Although we had a bit chilled welcome at the reception it got better when we were out in the canyon. Easy route so it fits families with young kids, Relatively expensive but overall good experience.

Once more in deportur. This year they changed all rafts ,life jackets,
And wetsuits. All best brands.
The human staff as marvellouse as usual.
Other activities like canyoning, omega forestal park, via ferrata, and e-bikes with incredible guides.
Best adventure resort in Europe.

Came with my family at the end of May, just to discover the Adveture Park was closed - looks like construction works....my kids were totaly disappointed.
The restaurant in the park was open, but the lady who was in charge didn't help much and was aggressive in her talk (tough day for her...).
Since the park has a web site which looks like well maintained it would be logical to put the a calender with dates the park actually opens.
