We first visited and reviewed Bluport shortly after it opened in 2016 and back then I was concerned as to its sustainability.
Well I am much more worried for its future having recently visited in October 2022.
Obviously the Covid pandemic has had a major impact that has meant that of the previously fully occupied 4 levels only 3 remain open with the lower floor only partially filled with occupied retail units and the remains levels are mostly occupied with food and drink outlets, all of which were very quiet. Fingers crossed things will pick up as the region's economy improves.

Covid really killed off this mall. We were waiting for it to re-open instead they choose to turn it into a hotel (do we need more hotels?). It already offered limited choice and very few of the big brands you can get in Bangkok and as a result it was never that popular. You already had to go to Bangkok to get any real decent choice. They just tried to be a slightly posh Market Village without ever offering a real quality choice or attracting the big brands. Now they have scaled that already poor choice down to just 3 floors. You really can't find anything you want there now. Really disappointing as Hua Hin needed a proper decent shopping mall. Off to Bangkok I suppose now for anyone needing to shop!

Had to visit Blúport a few times now. Shopping choices are dire. Food options are worse. At least there are a couple of shops selling ladies ‘fashion’ (fashion is a stretch - H&M & Uniqlo).
It’s a big shopping mall - the supermarket but down the bottom is the highlight with a tremendous selection of food. This sadly was the only place I could find anything vegetarian to eat as every restaurant/ cafe here only sells meat products.
Service in supermarket was awful, service in coffee connections was worse.
But Bluport is the Best of a very poor bunch.
Hua Hin I’m sure you can do better. 2.5/10

Local shopping mall with a varity of shops and eateries. Beautiful lake outside with two giat fish, aligator gar and an arapima.

Inside they have most importantly air con and seating, plenty of calmimg water with fish.

We liked to get out of the heat and get ice cream at KFC. good food hall, very good quality and cheap.

I spent about a month in Hua Hin Late November to December 24, 2023 with my Thai girlfriend. I rented a car & house with a pool, about 5 minutes from Bluport. We visited Bluport 3-4 times per week. We enjoyed the mall except the temperature was too hot, so we would stay for just a few minutes and then go to Market Village or other stores (Tops, Makro, etc.) We could not dine at Bluport, the temperature was always just a little to hot for me.

...its great selection of fresh food and just about everything else. Everything is clean and well stocked. Seems like most of the stores are open and back in business. It was very quiet here today. I stopped upstairs at some art gallery with some very cool old cars displayed in it. What else: I stopped by a second on my way back from wherever and had some coffee there too. It's the day after Songkran weekend and the whole mall was quite empty. The few people that were mostly foreigners too. I really didn't come here for anything today; I was just scoping the place out.

Conveniently located on the main Hua Hin highway. It was an enormous shopping mall with a wide selection of many clothing shops, furnishings, jewelry and eateries. Very modern shopping center with many brand name stores as well as independent shops offering a unique selection of merchandise.

Bigger than the Market Village and more expensive. It is as near to a European shopping centre as there is. Immaculate shops and toilets as clean and modern as you will find. There are some cheaper shops like markets and up-market shops with all the big names in. Many very cheap food places (and many expensive).

Modern shopping centre with a good atmosphere. Plenty of shops, the food mall is ok but again they have gone with the buy a voucher card tat you purchase separately and they use the credit on that to buy your food. Valid for 30days and return it to the counter to claim any unspent funds. A real pain in-the arse and I am not too sure why its used, easier and quicker for outlet’s Iguess

Was told that this was one of the larger and upscale shopping malls in Hua Hin. When we visited, the upper most floor was boarded up with only the gym open with a small temple area.

The mall is ok to walk at with the anchor tenant being the Bluport departmental store. There is also a money changer at the basement (do note that your original passport is required when changing any amount of money). The basement was relatively empty with lots of empty space.

The ground floor is where food stalls and the supermarket is located. The food court requires the use of a dedicated Bluport food court card to purchase anything which was slightly troublesome. Even though the counter for the card was simply at the side of the food court. Would have been better if we could have used cash directly. There is also a Wine Connection, Burger King, KFC and Fuji restaurant. Within the supermarket itself, there is also a small cafe/ restaurant.

All in all the mall is a decent place to stroll and pass time but with nothing really much for tourists. Went twice on two separate days and on the second visit found nothing much to do there except lunch and watch a Muay Thai fight at the gym.
