The Blue Pool is located within a wonderful setting surround by pine trees and different country walks. The pool itself appeared to us to be more a green or turquoise colour rather than blue but that did not diminish the experience. With the tea rooms...More

Thought this would be a good place to go with a 4 year old. They had a squirrel hunt which we thought would be good. As there were not squirrels or owls at all the sign posts they got a hit bored and went off...More

This is a lovely place to visit if you have a spare couple of hours and the weather is good. The walks through the woods and up general slopes make way for lovely views of the blue pool. Don't forget the camera.

Had a lovely day here. The teddy bear, fairy and squirrel hunt keep the children amused on the beautiful walk around the woods. Good play area and tasty meals on offer in tea house.

We have visited the Blue Pool several times in the past and each time it was a joy to visit. This visit was no exception. Lovely walks, peaceful & tranquil. The German Brass Band was great entertainment.

No, we never saw any boats and I would have thought that entering the water was forbidden, its not that type of lake .

I'll try and add some pictures of the playground. The fairy trail kept my 3 1/2 yr old walking!
