A great family-friendly hotel, in a lovely quaint, well located town with lots of unique and quirky shops. The hotel team were very accommodating to us. All the staff we met were helpful and polite. We ate in the bar restaurant on two evenings and we all enjoyed the tasty dishes; even our fussy kids cleared their plates which doesn’t happen often. There’s a wide choice on the menu, something for everyone. The hotel pool, jaccuzi, sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub are lovely, spacious and clean and an added bonus on a wet day. We had a great stay at Ennistymon Falls and are already thinking of our next stay.
Our thanks to the wonderful hotel team.

There's a paved path that runs from town to the falls and along the river. If you continue past the Falls Hotel, the path becomes dirt and winds along the river through beautiful woods. A very enjoyable stroll.

The Ennistymon Falls is sited on a river that borders the Falls Hotel & Spa grounds and may be viewed from a bridge over the river from behind the falls that is multi-level. We were here in the summer when the water level is low. However, we could discern the majesty of this location and would enjoy sitting under a tree enjoying the cool mist and noise of the river over the rock faces of the falls.

The hotel really needs some TLC, the place is dreary & tired looking.
The bar food was nice but the restaurant was very dated. The menu needs a revamp, the days of ice cream scooped mash are well & truly over. What finished it off was the table in the middle of the restaurant where the staff scraped the leftovers from diners plates & stacked the dirty crockery etc. If I wanted to see that kind of thing I could have stayed at home.
The staff were very friendly & there was lots of them around to help.

The Falls Hotel in Ennistymon is in a quiet location right next to the Inagh Falls. From the hotel entrance you have a wonderful view of the town centre and the waterfalls. The hotel is well-kept but dark and has time-honoured carpets. The fact that old furniture is stored in the basement for every visitor to see does not match the standard of the hotel. The food is good and plentiful, especially the breakfast buffet. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very nice location. However decor is drab, definitely needs an update. Rooms in poor condition, inadequate locking of bedroom doors. Breakfast of sub standard quality. Also unfortunately during our stay , there was a significant number of children who appeared unsupervised, noisy , running around unchecked. Running up and down corridor ringing our doorbells. Staff were ok .

Falls themselves are worth seeing but to get there is a poor reflection of the local authority. Overgrown and full of trash and urine odour abound.

Quaint village, interesting exploration in the downtown. Unique Irish experience. Close to Cliffs of Moher.

he restaurant, Byrne's has an outdoor patio overlooking these falls and you can access the falls by walking under the archway by the restaurant. There is a lovely walking path alongside the river and past the Falls Hotel.

Stumbled upon the waterfall, it's down an alleyway, there is a sign on the wall directing you, cars parked through the alleyway, waterfall on left hand side and straight in front of you is steps taking you down a lovely walkway. Really nice stroll brings you right to falls hotel. Definitely worth a visit even just for a stroll.
