Lahinch Yoga Studio the first and only purpose built yoga studio in Lahinch. Bright and airy, lovely views perfect lighting, just 5 min walk from the beach. Car parking available. All equipment supplied at no extra cost.Classes to suit all levels of ability and all ages.Teacher Fully qualified with British Wheel of Yoga and Rainbow Yoga.

Took four private classes while visiting Lahinch earlier this month. The yoga teaching was really great, Helen helped me improve in my yoga postures and to better focus on my breathing and relaxation.
I felt much stronger mentally and physically after the few days and will definitely come back for more classes with Helen.

Myself and 3 friends booked a private yoga class with Helen a few weeks ago whilst on a weekend in Lahinch. I could not recommend Helen enough. She asked us what we were looking for in the class and exceeded our expectations! The class was a perfect mix of difficult poses and stretches but also a bit of fun. We had such a good laugh and went away feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thanks so much Helen for setting our weekend in Lahinch up to a great start!!

I hurt my back earlier in the year and ended up taking my holidays at the end of October in Lahinch, Co Clare for two weeks as I couldn't travel. By chance I found Helens yoga studio online before I went and thought it might be something different to try. She could not have been nicer. I joined various classes nearly every day of my stay and enjoyed them so much I've since taken up yoga at home. She is a very warm and welcoming person and genuinely made my 'staycation.' Thanks again Helen and my back thanks you too, go n-éirigh leat!

Best class ever! Very welcoming to me as a traveler...Owner/teacher...incredible...studio nice...incense...website easy to understand...
I felt fabulous when I left...would have joined more classes but only in town overnight...I learned a few poses and mantras I will bring home with me...

I always love taking yoga classes in new places. I truly had no idea what to expect in such a small town in Ireland. Helen was a confident and caring teacher from the get go. Her class was spiritually fulfilling and relaxing. She is very knowledgeable and I would absolutely go back!

Helen’s class is brilliant, her focus on breath and alignement are very enjoyable and she makes very nice transition. She is very careful about each person’s need according to their abilities.
Her studio is really quiet, beautiful view on green fields and when she opens the door so that fresh air can come in all you hear is birds singing..
I strongly recommand !!! 🌈

Having done a session with Helen last year, I knew I was in for a quality session. Helen was very kind and accomodating when I called her to book in for two group yoga sessions. On Friday, three members of our travelling group did a private session. This was an hour long and was great as it was tailored to our requests. We were also given the attention required to adjust and perfect the movements. The following morning, the rest of our party joined in on a 90 minute class with some of Helen's regular clients. This was interesting and there were some new relaxation and breathing techniques that I had never performed. I was very happy with the experience and intend on working with Helen again in the future. Thanks Helen.

We kicked off a recent hen party with a trip to Lahinch Yoga Studios. It was very reasonably priced for a 90 min class for 9. Helen tailored the lesson to everyone's needs as a few of the group were at various stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Helen was really thorough and adjusted all the poses as necessary. The setting is also really lovely, tranquil and relaxing. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing yoga class with Helen as part of a hen weekend. Helen tailored the class to our abilities (and hangovers!) and we had a wonderful fun and energising session.

In 'open, out-there Ireland' it is awesome to find an antidote to the pub culture in this warm, welcoming yoga studio where you can relax, stretch out, and get grounded. Helen manages many levels in each class and offers a gentle practice that's in tune with the beauty all around.
