A great little resource on the Shore Path near Ned's Point Fort. Such a shame that it was recently vandalised by what you can only presume are people with serious personality disorder bordering or the intelligence levels of an amoeba!!

Such a lovely, quaint idea. The library works on a swap basis and relies on people's honesty - needless to say, it works perfectly well, as you'd expect in Donegal.

Small libraries of books dotted on walks round the river or on route to the beach. Take out a book sit relax and read. You can keep a book or add your book or swap it.

I didn't stay long enough to be able to contribute to this library, but I LOVE that Buncrana is promoting literacy like this! They are so cute and had such a great collection of books!

i find these wee library a great feature if ur out walking and there is some very interesting books in them, good to sit and relax and read on a nice sunny day.

Swan Park is a marvellous place with a Free Wee library where one can exchange books from children's to adults it is a great place for walking where one can sit and read from one of the free wee library's while the children can play...More
