Too cold and windy when we were there to be on the beach very long, but the view is amazing from the shore and from the Cliff Walk above. Wide and very tidal, it is untouched by trash, boats docked and lots of commercialism.

Get near the cliff side to get shelter from the wind. Nice and clean great for children. Free parking on the slopes down to beaches.

An excellent way to blow away the cobwebs. Clean with excellent scenery and facilities. Look out for the caves.

Clean beaches all around this area of Ireland. When the sun's shining this will be an awesome place to hang out! To bad the weather wasn't a beachy weather when we were there. But it didn't stopped a few surfers to catch them waves ;)!

Spend half my life at this beach, whenever I get the chance. have traveled a fair bit of the world and have yet to see one to match it, in my opinion. Great waves, miles of golden sands and loads of shallow pools and rock pools for kids to play and explore. Loads of restaurants and bars within a minutes... More
