We drove from Kilkee down one side of the loop to the lighthouse. Well worth a visit. A very good guided tour up the lighthouse.

Good advice Patty, lots of hidden gems and it's a small peninsula. Getting lost is half the fun!

Magnificent scenery, the cliffs are superior to the Cliffs of Moher, the views are spectacular, the villages interesting and picturesque and the roads are quiet

Glad you are out enjoying the local scenery, what a lovely day for it today - no better place to be. And yes, we agree, superior to Cliffs of Moher :O)

if you like great views without all the tour bus and lots of people go there...maybe had 10 cars instead of 1000 plus at Cliffs of Moher.. which are very nice also i prefer the less crowds...
