This site is located maybe 500m walk from the carpark. Whilst the direction to go is obvious it is less clear when you get there - but it is obvious when you do arrive. You can easily see it from the path. It is just further than you might expect.
The structure is impressive
This is still called 'bridges', even though only one remains. It is not clear where the others were.
There is a sizeable carpark.

We visited here after Loop Head. It is a very rugged area and the day we visited was very windy and the sea was rough which added to the atmosphere. The remaining bridge itself is not signed so it is easy to miss if you don't walk far enough. There are seats for just sitting and taking in the area. Highly recommended.

The Bridges of Ross is located on the Loop Head Peninsula about a mile north of the Loop Head Lighthouse (near the village of Kilbaha in County Clare). The Bridges of Ross were natural sea arches until two of them dropped into the sea. Only one has survived but they still call it the “Bridges” (not Bridge) of Ross. County Clare is located in west central Ireland about 187 miles west of Dublin, Ireland. It is also about 48 miles west of Ennis, Ireland (where I was staying).
I visited this natural wonder on a Friday morning in late May with my wife and youngest daughter and enjoyed hiking to the sea and looking at the amazing coastline and the one remaining natural arch. We stopped here after visiting the Loop Head Lighthouse (the lighthouse tour guide recommended that we check out this attraction). You can’t see it from the road so you will have to take a short hike from the large parking lot. There is a path that leads you directly to the Ocean and the cool natural bridge. I also enjoyed the interesting local dog that walked the entire trail out to the ocean and back (and it stopped frequently for strangers to pet it).
Overall I really enjoyed hiking out to this natural wonder and recommend it. If you are in this part of County Clare, this is a must see natural attraction. No one knows when the final arch will drop into the sea so make sure you visit this place sooner rather than later.

Sitting watching the ocean. Watching the horses running wild. Went for a swim. Only go with a few people. Bring a camera, a sweater and a picnic.

Off the classic tour route you will need a car to get there. Once you arrive, you will be rewarded with a virew that very few non-Irish get to see. Excellent!!!

Again, on our visit to Kilkee, another spectaclar landscape on offer. I would recommend you combine The Bridges of Ross when visiting Loop Head Lighthouse. It is en route to the lighthouse and they are both excellent walks. There is only one natural bridge remaining due to erosion. The waters there are incredibly clear. A great place . It has a car park and is well kept.

Ok, let's get something straight: although this is called "Bridges" of Ross, there is, in fact, only one of three original natural bridges left....the other two were swept away in the 19th century. That said, the remaining bridge is not the only amazing thing to see. My guess is the handful of people who gave this place a negative review either didn't walk out beyond the bridge, or they're just plain impossible to please.
The dramatic rock formations, the sea crashing in and around them, and the fact that you can walk out to almost the very tip of the area just adds to how cool this place is. There's even an inlet where large black rocks are battered by the incoming sea, which is so powerful that it moves the rocks in and out, and you can hear them rolling against each other. Fantastic.
So, just keep following the foot path, go over the bridge and back, and then keep walking....you'll be rewarded with amazing views in all directions.
Do NOT skip this!

The area is not that much different from so many stunning areas of the Irish coastline, except that the Bridges of Ross does offer some unique formations that make it worthy of a special visit. Only one bridge remains, but you can walk across it and get some very nice photos. A geologist would have a field day here.
From the parking lot, it is about a ½-mile easy hike out to the bridges along a very well-marked loop trial, which you can take in either direction. One side of the trail stays inland, so we took the ocean side of the trail and then doubled back to the parking lot along the same section.

Although this is a nice place to observe cliffs and sea, you can see much more north of this spot. Not worth the detour

Hi,
Can you please tell me how long or how far it is to the bridge?
Thank you

It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the parking lot on a dirt path. The path is clearly marked and not close enough to the edge to be a falling threat. The only worry you will have is the occasional massive piles of cow poop. It is also pretty flat so anyone with a bad ankle or elderly can make the walk without too much of an issue.
