I was looking for an activity to do with my 8 and 10 year old kids, and Open Sky Adventures popped up in a web search. We showed up and were promptly greeted and checked in. The staff gave us a safety briefing and then we started into the trees. Matthieu watched us carefully from below and offered just the right amount of feedback to keep us moving well and safely. The kids loved every step of the small course and there was no discussion about whether we should tackle the big course or not. After a quick break, we climbed to the top of the building (using the stairs) and set off on the big course. The views were incredible, the terrain just big enough. Matthieu was always watching from somewhere, but he let us head out independently. Both my kids loved taking responsibility for themselves and each other, so it was much more than just a zip line in the trees. Having staff who know when to quietly observe from a distance adds so much to the experience. Having said this, as we were leaving, he got geared up to help out some other guests in the trees. Matthieu really understood what each group required. Being from the other side of the country, we don’t make it here often, but I am pretty sure we will make it back in the future!

Today was my second time here and I can’t say enough good things about this place! I could do it over and over again. I’m always sad to reach the end. The instructors explain what to do very well and are wonderful people. We went with a group of 18 and had a blast. They were ages 11-52.

This hidden gem is everything I wanted it to be. The operators were lovely and welcoming. This was my first time zip lining and they made me feel more than comfortable and safe. I wish it were closer so I could visit more often. 👍👍

This place is great for an afternoon of fun in the trees. The depeling is super exciting and the staff is great! They are patient, funny and they really take time to explain how everything works so that you feel safe. They have great ziplines and although I've never stayed there, they told me they had rooms to stay over with a beautiful view on the gorge! A must see in Grand-Falls

I first visited with my daughter 4 years ago. Finally made it back with my husband. It was just as awesome as I remembered. The zipline courses are great, especially the second one that goes back and forth over the gorge. The depelling is unlike anything I had ever done before. You walk off a cliff and then bounce yourself down to the bottom. It's unreal and a huge thrill. And the staff - they're truly wonderful. They coach and encourage every step and bounce of the way. We saw tiny kids (6 years old) to nearly 60 year olds all having a great time here. If you're planning where to overnight on your road trip, you should definitely stop here! I've ziplined in many places and this one gets top marks for setting, staff and extra thrills!
