Thank you for your lovely detailed review , really appreciate it as it makes our day at this very difficult time. We are very happy with our attraction and we try to maintain and update as best we can. We are fortunate to have a very good team of staff who are good with children and are happy doing the work. We take your point about the rabbit area, a staff member visits that area from time to time throughout the day, but we normally let families do their own thing, going forward we will review it again. Many thanks for your very kind review , really appreciate it. We have implemented covid. 19 guidelines and are happy that you appreciate it, all one can do is their best. We are fortunate to have lots of space and all the different area's that children can play in as they all like different things. The indoor play area's are very important in Ireland as we get as much wet days as fine. Our customers are very important to us and we appreciate all reviews. Hi Joey Many thanks for your review Joey and delighted that you taught it was a "nice spot". I just want to address some of the information that you outlined because some of it is factually incorrect. A childs rate is in fact €13.50. Two adults and two children cost €45 but if you have a 3rd child 2 adults and 3 children is €55 and so on so their is a discount for the more children that is with a family. In relation to booking fees. When the restrictions were been lifted from covid part of the government guidelines for re-opening was to introduce an on-line booking system. As part of an on line booking system you need a 3rd party system that handles the financial transactions. The company we decided to use was an Irish owned company called stripe. The fee that is attached to the booking goes directly to stripe Turoe Farm does not benefit in any way from this handling fee. Its not €1.50 per transaction as you outlined it is a percentage on the amount spent so 2 adults and 1 child costs €36 for entry into Turoe Farm and the handling fee is €1.29 that goes to stripe for their services. Your opinion of it been too expensive is your entitlement but there is other people out there that don't share that same opinion as you. We have customers that think its excellent value. We also have customers that noted to us that we are one of the few places that has maintained its rates from 2021 because almost everything as you are well aware has increased in price. Their is also people out there that have the opinion its a day out for everyone and not just children. We have groups of adults that come out from residential homes during the summer that like to get out and see all the animals and enjoy what the park has to offer. We also have a huge amount of young couples that repeatedly come here to enjoy the experience. Also most moms, dads, aunts, uncles, granny and grandads love to interact with the children that would be with their family in the outdoor playgrounds and astro turf pitch or maybe go around and and feed the animals with the children. So you see their is a whole other cohort of people that wouldn't share the same opinion as yourself. I am delighted that you left a review Joey because its only with feedback from customers that helps us improve and to try and fine tune our product.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience when you visited our attraction, delighted that you had experienced some of the positives about the attraction. We have implemented gov. guidelines as far as possible, however we are disappointed with the social distancing in the indoor play area's, but after speaking to staff it was for a short time as it was very warm outdoors that day some of the adults came indoors due to the very warm weather outdoors as I can assure you that is not the normal. We have lots of signage and it is announced over the public address system every half hour asking our customers to adhere to social distancing, washing hands etc. We always welcome feedback as it helps to address issues if needed to be addressed. . We really appreciate your lovey review about out home catering, we take pride in what we do and really it delights us when our customers are happy. we believe in making sure that our customers gets the food on time as we are aware that special days are planned very carefully taking into account their invited guests and their family. for eating time etc. Many thanks for your five star rating and keep safe in those uncertain times.
