I really enjoy being able to wander around ruins with all the time I want. These are extensive and there is someone there to tell you some about them. It is a quick visit but worth it.

Stopped by on the way to Waterford. Took about 30 minutes to do a self quided tour. Nice old abbey that is being restored. Great picture stop but was worth the 5 euros to go inside the walls.

Jerpoint Abbey was closed when we visited in January 2019 for repairs, we think. The location is on a busy road with dangerous bends so we were very surprised to find that the car park was closed, rendering it almost impossible to park to have...More

Hi Edward, they have a small centre on-site and they may be able to help you. It is run by the Office of Public Works, OPW. if you search online they should have a contact email you could use.
