I am back a week from the 5 day course in Ballymaloe cookery school
I decided to go on impulse on my own
I cook very little -basic stuff and wanted to test myself so it was with some trepidation I went
I was really looking forward to visiting Ballymaloe cookery school as I have heard such amazing things about it. But unfortunately our experience was a little disappointing.

Toured the gardens and glass houses followed by a cooking demo with Rachel and then a hands on meal prep with Jeni. Learned a ton and everything was delicious. My only regret was I couldn’t actually even sample everything our group had prepared.
