Our kids absolutely love going to jungle world. They’ve never had a bad time there. Food is grand, nothing healthy but grand for a treat. My only complaint is that there’s a tear on the padding of the ball pit, meaning that the inside foam is exposed, and the age group of kids that go in there are at risk of putting the foam in their mouths.

Haven't been here for years due to poor reviews from others, but decided today would give the place another go especially as it's an independent business. Arrived and was quoted €14 for two small children. When I questioned the price I was told insurance reasons meant had increased the price and that was also the weekend price (apparently Fridays are weekends - last I knew Friday was a weekday!). Anyway, children ran off with excitement and I settled on one of the few well worn and torn armchairs. I decided to have a white coffee which was priced on the menu at €3.10 I was charged €3.20 Again on questioning that the menu board said €3.10 I was told by the owner that the till says €3.20 A poor explanation! Only this one member of staff was present til 12 noon when a second member of staff arrived. This meant there was poor supervision and it was not noticed that children were going up the wavy slide (when a large notice clearly states children must not go up). A bag of rubbish was at the rear of the climbing frame which had split open. Would I go again? If I knew the correct price yes I would, but falsely putting up prices (please see website prices below stating 2019 prices)has meant I will be avoiding this place in future. Disappointing but don't overcharge customers if you want them to value your business.

The place is very run down and grubby. We were there 45 an hour before closing time to be told the coffee machine was turned off for the day.

Staff are lovely and helpful that’s the positive. Negative is that the place is dirty, I was surprised that it was that dirty. The balls in the toddler area were filthy. The place needs a deep clean big time. If the place is shown abit of love it would be nice, it just looks run down.
