Our kids absolutely love going to jungle world. They’ve never had a bad time there. Food is grand, nothing healthy but grand for a treat. My only complaint is that there’s a tear on the padding of the ball pit, meaning that the inside foam is exposed, and the age group of kids that go in there are at risk of putting the foam in their mouths.

We have been to Jungle World on several occasions and each time we are very disappointed. The place is dirty throughout.Tables never have the appearance of being properly cleaned in the cafe area and are seldom cleared of dishes. The food on offer is of poor quality and on a recent visit there were bluebottle flies landing constantly on the food on our table. We simply had to abandon it which was also a waste of our money.Nobody came to clear the dishes. The toilets are filthy and never have soap to wash hands. The sinks are much too high up as are the hand dryers for children to reach which doesn't make sense when it's an establishment catering to children. The baby/toddler area isn't monitored by staff and bigger children go in and jump around. The other play area allows 3-12 yr olds which is too much of an age difference to mix together from a safety point of view. The place seems to be constantly short of staff and needs a big update as everything looks worn, old and smells.Sadly there's little to do in the Midleton area with children so this is the only place we are forced to use.

Haven't been here for years due to poor reviews from others, but decided today would give the place another go especially as it's an independent business.
Arrived and was quoted €14 for two small children. When I questioned the price I was told insurance reasons meant had increased the price and that was also the weekend price (apparently Fridays are weekends - last I knew Friday was a weekday!). Anyway, children ran off with excitement and I settled on one of the few well worn and torn armchairs. I decided to have a white coffee which was priced on the menu at €3.10 I was charged €3.20 Again on questioning that the menu board said €3.10 I was told by the owner that the till says €3.20 A poor explanation!
Only this one member of staff was present til 12 noon when a second member of staff arrived. This meant there was poor supervision and it was not noticed that children were going up the wavy slide (when a large notice clearly states children must not go up). A bag of rubbish was at the rear of the climbing frame which had split open.
Would I go again? If I knew the correct price yes I would, but falsely putting up prices (please see website prices below stating 2019 prices)has meant I will be avoiding this place in future. Disappointing but don't overcharge customers if you want them to value your business.

I was here recently with my nephew and my friend and her niece. We felt very unwelcome as we are only in our teens.one of the staff seemed to be picking on us and staring which made us very uncomfortable, when we asked what was the problem she became slightly aggressive raising her voice and in our faces. It was an awful experience feeling like we were being watched tho whole time and singled out along with the kids we had with us.she even gave out to my four yr old nephew for a small incident with another child and threatened him that he wouldn't be allowed back intl the play area,I only found out about her reprimanding him off of him.he was very upset about this threat.I also over heard her discussing the incident wit another lady who had nothing to do with either child. My friend was also very upset as she was asked quite rudely to stop her niece to stop doing something which the lady left other kids do and then accused us of not watching the kids.we may only be teenagers but shouldn't be treated any different than other customers.we will definitely not be returning again!

With the population of Midleton and surrounding areas, this little place could be a more of a family fun afternoon than what it is. It has the potential but lacks massively on the basics. I understand previous reviews now on the uncleanliness & dirt of the place!! The filth and rubbish under the digger was sickening, the old damaged equipment, the badly half repaired soft play mats and the grime in the under 3s section was too much! Close the place down and deep clean it for a few days I would suggest. The bathroom didn't have any hot running water or soap to wash hands!!! I did not try the food or beverages so can't comment. I really think the pricing needs reviewing also. €5 flat fee per walking child. So if you've got a toddler and you're only using the smaller section for a shorter period of time, you pay the exact same amount for an 8yr old who has full use of all facilities for longer!!!??? There's an equivalent facility (larger) in Glanmire that's better if you need a clean soft play for kids.

Very disappointing - really dirty. The kids enjoyed it but the dirt scared me. Staff aren't great with. Toilets need a lot of attention, the owners need to invest in bleach.

Went here with my almost 10 month old the place was so dirty I was afraid to even let her down the toddler area wasn't being monitored and older children were knocking over my daughter I was quite annoyed that a child older than mine was left in free and I had to pay just because she could take some steps by her self but I would have gotten over having to pay had the woman that served me not been one of the rudest people ever I will never be back and will be warning others not to waste their money

I've taken my childern to Jungle World many times and each time they have a great time. Staff are always friendly and unlike some other indoor play areas i was able to keep a good eye on my childern at all time.

The place is very run down and grubby. We were there 45 an hour before closing time to be told the coffee machine was turned off for the day.
