Come and see the ONLY Toy Soldier Factory in Europe. Free admission to our visitor center and factory. "Make & Paint Workshops" try your hand at casting a figure and painting it. Suitable for kids 7+ and adults of all ages. Our showroom is full of a lot more than just toy soldiers i.e. the Worlds Largest Model Battle Scene which houses 15,000 hand cast and hand painted figures, 8 x 4 meters in size, of the Battle at Waterloo completed by just one customer Andre Rudolf and it took him 8 years to finish, we also have the largest range of Lord of the Rings Miniatures, connoisseur chess sets, fairies, fridge magnets, Christmas Decoration and our infamous Irish Heroes, Michael Collins, Padraig Pearse, e.t.c. Coach tours are welcome if pre-booked. Open 7 days a week.

Went today with my 8 year old daughter. Staff were lovely! She got to make her fairy and painted her fairy door. She loved it. Will definitely be going back at Halloween for the cat and witch casts. Lovely afternoon.

Excellent place to go with children. They loved the whole process of making and painting their toy soldiers and ballerinas. Staff were so helpful and good with the kids. We went early so not as busy but much busier by the time we were leaving

Stopped off here en route to Kilarney and we are so glad we did. Staff were so friendly and helpful and our son just loved the whole experience with his own toy soldier to bring home and treasure forever.

Got no ideal, but it was pretty out there so I'm not sure about public transport.

The workshops vary from 40 minutes to 1 hour but you can spend as much time in the factory visitor center or exhibit hall as you like (opening times allowing of course). It is advised to come at least 1 hour before closing... More
